Retrogaming shop at the top ? I thank all the retrogaming team for their kindness and for their confidence. One day before Christmas, I had received the 2to retrobox. I also received later a second controller as promised (because when I ordered the retrobox 2to on the website, its price had increased a little). I've been using it for two months now and I can say that the retrobox is an excellent emulation console. The price is high but it is justified by the quality of the material and the workmanship. There is nothing to download or install on batocera. You just plug in and play. The PC nuc is much more powerful than a raspberry pi 3 and can run big dreamcast or playstation 2 games perfectly. For me it's the netflix of retro gaming.

Total scam and absolute refusal of refund, they do not make any step in this direction on the contrary, it simulates a sending of package that it simply does not send. Sending several emails to try to have the tracking number of the package, but no response. They do open the emails to read the contents (verifiable with the read receipt), but refuse to respond. I gave them one last week to cancel my order and refund me, otherwise I would start the steps on my side to get my money back. The refund has just appeared in my account. Your answer is full of hate and lies, but it's not surprising coming from people as dishonest as you (as far as your claims are concerned, I have proof that what you say is totally false via the emails we have exchanged.) on this I leave this comment so that people can see what a bad person you are. My only regret is that I have to put a star, because your shop does not deserve any.

I'm a very good player and I'm very happy to be able to play all the games that I played when I was young. I don't know anything about retro gaming and even less about emulation, a friend of mine told me about it, I searched on the net and I found the retrogaming.com website. I called the number and got a nice person on the other end of the line who explained to me what the console was and what I needed to know. I bought my Nespi4 in a hurry, I received it very quickly and I loved it. It's easy to use, the platform is readable, understandable, not expensive for what it is! I have 25000 games, from the snes to the PS1 through sega atari n64 supernes etc... the big kiff. I've got a blutooth controller that I can't seem to associate with, I'm not a geek lol I wrote to them and they replied quickly, it still doesn't work lol I'm going to write to them again but I really recommend this company. Kundenservice unter aller Kanone Nach fast einem Monat warten nichts keine Packet keine Versandbestätigung.So nachdem sich Firma einmal per Email gemeldet hat und antwortet das,das Geld nicht überwiesen wurde habe ich ihnen die Überweisungsbestätigung geschickt.Das war vor 4 Tagen,seit dem nichts keine Antwort.Habe langsam das Gefühl das die 500 Euro futsch sind.Würde jeden raten es sich gut zu überlegen hör zu bestellen,nicht sehr seriös.....

100% nostalgia!!!! All the console versions work without any problem, on the other hand more difficulty on the micro versions. But there are so many games that you can forgive very easily :)

No answer to very precise and simple requests. Example: "The games and emulators listed in your description do not correspond to what was delivered. How do I update and install the missing emulators?"

The video game does not work

Extremely satisfied. The console is complete, small and very functional, I even plan to buy a second one. I'm looking forward to buying a second one. In a word, perfect!

Still no sound, and unable to play the N64 game. Retrogaming tips are bogus and never solved anything. 300 screwed up.

Happy with the product overall. Just one negative point concerning the number of duplicate games, far too many for my taste.

I ordered the super pi with 30,000 games. It was delivered within 15 days with a reminder There are some imperfections to improve but the result is exceptional, so many games in such a small box it's incredible. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time.

Retrobox 2TB console. Just a little gem for an "old" nostalgic gamer. The machine is ready to use, you just have to plug it in. Since I received it a week ago, I can't let it go. Very good product that I would recommend without hesitation.

I'm not sure how to use this product, but I'm sure it's a good idea to use it. I have a pairing problem with my various ps3 controllers... I'm not sure what to do about it, but I'm sure it's a good idea to get a copy of the manual. I would still like to know which controller to buy to be comfortable with Bluetooth and have the best gameplay please. I'm sure it will be fine, but I'm not sure what to do about it.
