Hello I give a star because I have not put zero here I ordered a hard drive volume 1 ps2 I have a retro box 2 tera model Asus which is no longer manufactured apparently the concern it works here I warned the sav that said send a video to see the problem what I did not do well after several emails I am told that I am not collaborative I am a customer for a little while with them but I asked a refund of the product sold to 199.98 euros with postage and to tell me that I am impatient in the strict sense that I do not mind I was always told the customer and king after several reminders from me I receive the correct return form to return the product what I did last week arrives at the address indicated the 25.05.2022 by mondial relay to finish the messages don't worry stop freaking out we'll pay you I to finish no one spoke to me as you did I am a family man and my father I never spoke like that it's called respect ps I expect a less negative return I'm not perfect and you either you work with many passionate gamers so I do not understand behavior that I find for some time here and finally no insults I remained polite firm for the mails what is not the case cordially

Very happy with my purchase of the rg552. The format of the screen, its emulation offer are particularly convenient for me. I had a little moment of fright when I unpacked it. I am not used to the operation of such a machine. I did not understand the presence of the 16gb sd card. There is no manual for the rg552. I didn't find the 512gb game sd card right away, which was actually in a small white box in the bottom of the white box. Why not install it directly in its slot by your care and for our comfort? This moment spent to some messes I finally found how to make it work. I'm very happy with the result. Sincerely

Console well received but nothing works very disappointed

Disappointed with the customer experience.... No contact by phone possible. I bought a console for 250€ when the day before it was still 200€.... And this same console goes back to 200€ a few days after my purchase.... So not very happy

Rather skeptical at first, I still let myself be tempted by a Nespi4! Interesting price considering the announced content. I waited for my purchase to be delivered and during all this time, I really doubted and hoped that it was not a scam.....the package arrived under 3 weeks instead of 5 days announced... it's looooooong, too looooooong even. I open my pack and there, it's my little moment of joy.....that's it I'll be able to spend hours and hours on some games😀 My only disappointment was for the moment the delivery times 😭 Despite that, thank you to the retrogaming store to allow us to relive some emotions by jumping in the past. At a time when the consoles of yesteryear cost an arm and a leg for some, Retrogaming Shop has the turnkey solution.👍👌 4 stars and not 5 because of the delivery too looooooong. I would repurchase for sure! Thank you

I received my console but there are no games. The sd card is missing. I paid extra to get the games and nothing.

The top of the machine is slightly dented. This is not due to transport as it was very well packed

Delivery a little long (a good twenty days), but I guess that's normal. The console is very nice, a real pleasure to play! A little disappointed for some GameCube games that are too slow to be playable (example: Mario kart double dash, Mario Sunshine...), although I followed the advice to use the emulator on the Android side. But overall, a big congratulations!

Not much to say about the delivery and the condition of the material. Everything is OK. Unfortunately, once the machine is in hand, it is a big disappointment! Many games don't work! I bought a retro console some time ago and it's exactly the same result. The same games that don't work! Very very disappointing for the price!!!

Thanks to you I could play F-Zero GX on the Gamecube and Starfox Zero on the Wii U which are really 2 little gems that can't be ignored !!! ^_^ I only gave 4 stars out of 5 because there were a few games that didn't work unfortunately and that I would have liked to try :P But otherwise, considering the mass of games, it's perfect, I have nothing to say :D

Honestly, I ordered on December 18, 2021 and I received it 2 months later, the deadline was 14 days but apparently you had supply problems, the problem I raise comes from the fact that you do not give any news on the order, I called more than 4 times and send 5 emails to have information on my order, You always answered which is already correct but you give strictly no news on the status of the order thereafter, we wait without having any news from you, it's really very frustrating because each time you tell me that you will keep me informed and 15 days later still no news of the order.... Take the time to inform your customers when you have a problem because 2 months of waiting after having paid 50€ of delivery fees to have normally the product in 48H by fedex and that in the end you receive it 2 months later it leaves an aftertaste of being taken for an idiot. Regarding the device The product is really top, it works well except for a dozen games that does not launch but on 55000 we can excuse the bugs, thank you for the small package of candy in the package, the children were delighted :) I would have appreciated another gesture on your part, such as giving me the 66000 games instead of 55000, it would have been like a doliprane to calm the wait and a good surprise at the end to satisfy our weariness. Thank you for having kept your commitment despite all these events.

No way to get an answer to the mails sent, no sound other than through the jack of the thing, some games work but the commands are not recognized.

Null!!!! A scam . I ordered an Argon 512go console, I received it out of time (3 months later), dysfunctions of the games, no after sales service!!!! My console is currently under repair since November 07! I played only once!!!!

Hello. The console is perfect for my needs. It is small and practical nothing to say about the console just a little downside is with the controller provided. I have to disconnect it and reconnect it several times to get it recognized... Apart from this small detail you can buy it with your eyes closed! Thanks to retro gaming store for their reactivity and professionalism!

I received my package 28 days after ordering when it was noted 7 days for manufacturing and 3 days for delivery! I've been using it for a while now and it's not working! The remote control doesn't work with the games and the console doesn't have a switch, so every time I want to play I have to unplug and plug it in again! I can't leave the console in my TV cabinet which has the plugs behind! I can't recommend this console at all!

I'm not sure what the quality of the product is, I still haven't received any information on the manufacturing delay and the worst thing is that for an object of this price, you use the worst carrier that exists. Fedex. At the time I'm writing these words, the parcel should have arrived but it is as usual with this carrier, impossible to know where it is. If you want to manufacture elsewhere than in France, at least have the decency to use a carrier that does not have the worst reputation in the world.

The product conforms to the order. The covid has impacted on the delivery of the material. I had the surprise of having 4 raffaello in compensation for the wait and I spend hours of my childhood games. I let myself be rocked by my childhood nostalgia.

Many dreams... Hardware that does not follow the dream offered for sale. More than 50000 games according to the advertisement! The reality is different. More than 30000 games don't work and the console functions don't work either... I'm still waiting for a call back to propose a solution... more than 6 months of waiting and still no solution... I don't recommend this site.
