Package received late, hard drive and usb key not conforming to the photos..... of a ridiculous level of quality compared to what I was supposed to receive, deceitful salesman with his photos, chocolates in the box (nice) but which melted..... in short disappointed, received before leaving on holiday I could not return it, still in its box so much that I find it shameful.... I don't recommend this shop, and they are going to contact me again so that I change my mind.

The items offered are not finished and do not work. I ordered Retrobox+DD 4to which I returned. The proposal was to fix the problem, an access to my personal computer (which according to the person I had by mail (I have the evidence) intervened daily to correct the bugs ? (to think about). The refund within 14 days? I've been waiting for 1 month. Company in financial difficulty because not able to respect its own conditions of sale. To be avoided. I'm going to contact the DGCCRF (the competition and fraud department). Not worth it (I wouldn't have put any star), yet on paper it's fantastic! Decu

Top material retrobox 2 to asus pn 50 for my part mail and phone answers also only negative point, preparation time and delivery were a little long, a month of waiting otherwise the rest is perfect.

6Tb hard drive expected since July 2021! Sent a first time defective, I was forced to send it back for exchange... We arrive in November and still no return but promises, always promises! I think I made a bad choice! I have lost almost 400 euros but I will not stop there. Be careful when you order from them...

Overall happy with this console, but for the price ps3 emulation would have been welcome! Or at least a little tuto to install it... In any case beautiful little jewel, thank you to the Retrogaming team.

Very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was on time and in a carefully protected package. I would like to see a more detailed manual on the general operation of the retrobox because the possibilities are so immense that one can get lost. A database allowing a search by game name for all media seems useful (but maybe it already exists). The console runs perfectly, the games are smooth and it's a real pleasure to go back to my old consoles and the atari 800 which was my first computer. I highly recommend this purchase and the price is well deserved by the quality of the hardware.

Good machine! A little disappointed that another console with more games and more performance was released a few days later.

Too long, and 1 month later I'm still not reimbursed.

The minuses: Very long preparation time for a hard drive, lack of communication, laborious settings to do at the beginning. On the other hand, the customer service is excellent, top professionalism, the whole works correctly and the technical support is present. I really recommend! Thanks again :)

Woohoo, great retrobox + 4TB hard drive Super machine, and great extra hard drive to play newer 3D games. I've been using it for a while now, but it's a great experience. The facebook group that boutique-retrogaming manages is full of tips and advice to remember our childhood games. It's a great experience!

I just received the hard drive, what is this thing? not at all like the picture, plus thanks for the chocolates that melted on the manual...... The case is an ICY BOX normally, not this ugly and cheap thing, the key is tiny, not even tested, because frankly disappointed, we feel really ripped off..... ORICO make more nice boxes, between 28 and 34 they sell them on Amazon, not even a stand to hold it vertically even though it exists, Seriously, there's a problem, I'm waiting for explanations,

Most of the games are duplicates or triples or more, on different systems. And I'm talking about identical versions, not series... Sometimes, on the same system, almost every game is present several times in a row. The same title, in exactly the same version, is played between 3 and 10 times. Many games are in Japanese, without the translation as indicated on the website. Impossible to understand how to start the game. The number of games in each system... Has nothing to do with the list indicated on the website. The controller is also not the same. After contact, no answer other than that it's complicated to make a system like this... And that I can return it. I'm still happy with the games, because it's for my 7 year old son and a few nice games are enough for his happiness. But for those of you hoping for the games advertised... Tell you that it is rather a lottery. As for the menus of the selection of systems of favorites etc. ... It is simple and effective. The small thumbnail with a picture of the game for most of them is very convenient to make his choice. The search functions are practical too.
