A shame!! the worst shopping experience on the internet. I just asked for info on my delivery. Seller lied to me and promised delivery..he hadn't even sent the item. after inquiring with DHL. He tells you: Article goes through Belgium, Lie the seller is in Poland! Then the seller insults you and lies..I really advise you to avoid this site.

Shameful! simply Shameful.. Absolut liar seller! product comes from Poland false information on the site! nothing comes from France. Then when you ask for info he insults you the worst purchase of my life on the internet I was refunded..and I found the same item 250 cheaper... Search by typing PC BOX game console

I received the console I requested but the delivery time was quite long. The package arrived in another relay point than the one specified. The tracking was correct.

Great! I'm not sure what to say about it, it all works, if there are any problems it's not more or less than the same problems encountered with an emulator on a PC. All is has days the patch etc... The hardest thing is to learn how to use it but thanks to the help of the discord, Facebook etc. no problem, nice follow-ups and nice help. You can add what you want. The controllers apecable all connects without problem (I have on make a Mario double Dash with me and the 2 children at the same time and the class. Personally, the more the days go by, the more I appreciate the machine and what it allows us to modify?

The only downside is that it is very difficult to add new games and that you always have to restart the box and it does not mix with the internal hard drive.

I put 4 stars, why? The positive side is that the 1tera console is great, no bugs, super intuitive, recognizes in 2 seconds the bluetooth controllers, super pretty, and delivered with a few small gifts, customer service very very responsive and nice even at 8pm.The negative 50000 games but honestly it must have 10000 that works at the top, either the games are identical in several times on several consoles and it must seek the one that works well or the game and slightly slowed very slightly music included but it is not very annoying and gameplay is not affected, me for example all games neogeo on this problem, I had a megapi before and the graphics were pixels on pixels, with the retro it's superb and much better than at the time on my 156 Cm screen so I'm very very happy to relive all these moments games with my daughter of 5 years and contrary to the rage that insults the shop I say that the price is not expensive at all given the material and the work done impossible for a novice Thank you and an advice do not buy elsewhere than at boutique retrogaming you will be disappointed and it will come from China in conditions of m....??merci boutique retro

Satisfied Nespi 4 1GB console received on time, content obviously true to the purchase. I found more games than what was promised in the list on the site. I even got a "frizzy pazzy" at the bottom of the package ;)

After use I have a Nespi 4 for a few months . Of course there are duplicates but it's normal (different versions) and some rom that do not work especially under old systems of old computers. But after adjustment in the parameter some work then. For my part I am satisfied with my exchanges with "retrogaming shop" and the product but regret that the list of games is not yet optimized enough. I advise to go through them for those who are fan of emulation and old games.

Maybe it's an internet scam. I ordered over a month ago, delivery 48/72h. I still have nothing, I was well cashed by cons a month after nothing, it puts that it is in preparation and of course nobody responds to my requests, no news.

Do not order a console from them. Big scam, the console does not work properly from the beginning. The so-called Bluetooth controller does not work. There are not all the games and the after sales service, a shame without a name. I didn't send the console back because others have done so and still don't have a console and no return of their money so really I urge you to skip it. You will just lose money.

Kundenservice unter aller Kanone Nach fast einem Monat warten nichts keine Packet keine Versandbestätigung.So nachdem sich Firma einmal per Email gemeldet hat und antwortet das,das Geld nicht überwiesen wurde habe ich ihnen die Überweisungsbestätigung geschickt.Das war vor 4 Tagen,seit dem nichts keine Antwort.Habe langsam das Gefühl das die 500 Euro futsch sind.Würde jeden raten es sich gut zu überlegen hör zu bestellen,nicht sehr seriös.....

No answer to very precise and simple requests. Example: "The games and emulators listed in your description do not correspond to what was delivered. How do I update and install the missing emulators?"

Still no sound, and unable to play the N64 game. Retrogaming tips are bogus and never solved anything. 300 screwed up.

Happy with the product overall. Just one negative point concerning the number of duplicate games, far too many for my taste.

Ordered NESPI 4 with 1TB SSD, delivered quickly but half the games were incorrectly installed. After exchange by phone and email with customer service / technical service reachable and efficient, console repaired and returned within 10 days. For the nostalgic like me of the games of the 80s / 90s, and with Recalbox 7.1, this product is just perfect ... I would definitely recommend using this supplier.

Happy End for my Retrogamming Console ! The console broke down, after a few manipulations and a return where the console got lost, the commercial service sent me a new one... Good product but too many games don't work. The site is responsive.

Big problems A promising idea, but in fact several problems arise: - All games do not work (no MSX games work) - On some games, impossible to play with several players (while the game is made for that) for example Bomberman - On other games, the screen is too small, literally a small square of 20 cm by 20 cm, a little complicated to play with several as Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 After contacting the company, they try to solve the problems but it still does not work.... no customer follow-up either. No replacement solution offered... In short, for a purchase of over 300, I regret bitterly! I don't recommend it at all!
