Not much service Edit: in response to the answer... how do you try to help me? The solution would be to send the console back to you for a refund. At my expense? And if I get a new console... the price has gone up, do I have to pay the difference? Why don't you do an exchange? Why don't you want to talk about it on the phone and offer to talk about it on Facebook or by e-mail with answers that are halfway off the mark? Unfortunately, you don't want to deal with this situation and I regret that. When I wrote my first review, I was contacted. But my questions were not answered. I have reset the console as requested, but I am still having problems. I'm at the same point. I wonder if the console I bought ever had an owner modify it and send it back because he couldn't get away with all the crap he did on it... I wouldn't know because I'd love to ask questions, but email exchanges that go in circles annoy me. So I'm playing with this console that doesn't work the same way twice and isn't quite what I bought.

I received my 2to retrobox yesterday and I can't let it go anymore. There are even more games than expected, close to 75,000, and it would take several gamer's lifetimes to try them all ^^ It's plug and play, you just plug it in and play. For the moment I have tested a lot of PS2 and GameCube games, all of them work perfectly well ? In short, hundreds of hours of video-game pleasure I am not disappointed by this purchase I highly recommend Boutique Retrogaming once again I am fulfilled. I leave you I turn over on wild arms ?

I am very pleased with the product, but I have to say that it is very long and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Although I understand the shortage of components, a misleading advertisement on the delay is annoying - a lack of communication on the part of the Boutique - I want to believe that the work is well done and serious but here a bad experience and I still have not received my Order with almost 1 month to go

I have not yet received my console that I ordered on June 28 but I still put the note of 5, because I read negative reviews on the seller who does not respond or other since my order is launched always available, responds quickly and finds solutions when there is a problem and even calls me very professional. Terribly disappointed.... I have just received the console and asked for assistance because I was stuck on the black screen marked recalbox and after a first assistance the games did not work. After the second assistance it worked but it was impossible to quit the games. I have turned the console back on but it is still stuck on the black screen marked recalbox. I am very disappointed because since then I have had no support and I will send it back and demand a refund.

Very satisfied with my retrobox 2 tera, even if sometimes it is a little weak on ps2 and wii I admit that the whole is quality and I have fun! I have some doubts about the 4to dd recently proposed, not the quality, but the hardware configuration of the PC that in my opinion is a little bit for all the games proposed but we will soon have feedback and I may be wrong

64GB console... 50 GB used Edit: the review below was before I realized that a lot of other games ran very poorly. Especially on N64. So very disappointed On 22000 games present, it is necessary to count on 1/2 or 1/3 of this figure. First of all, 8000 C64 games are not usable; impossible to launch. Most of the games are duplicates or triples or more, on different systems. And I'm talking about identical versions, not series... Sometimes, on the same system, almost every game is present several times in a row. The same title, in exactly the same version, is played between 3 and 10 times. Many games are in Japanese, without the translation as indicated on the website. Impossible to understand how to start the game. The number of games in each system... Has nothing to do with the list indicated on the website. The controller is also not the same. After contact, no answer other than that it's complicated to make a system like this... And that I can return it. I'm still happy with the games, because it's for my 7 year old son and a few nice games are enough for his happiness. But for those of you hoping for the games advertised... Tell you that it is rather a lottery. As for the menus of the selection of systems of favorites etc. ... It is simple and effective. The small thumbnail with a picture of the game for most of them is very convenient to make his choice. The search functions are practical too.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the service I received from Retrogaming. (The delay is half due to the problem of supply and the carrier. Finally, and this is the most important, the Retrobox 2 to corresponds to what I expected. After 5 hours of use, I found it responsive, easy to use and at the same time very full of settings for those who want to customize. I'm happy to have on one machine functional emulators of computers, consoles, arcade games that I have owned or played, since the vcs 2600 through the C64, Amiga, Nintendo, Sony, What fun games.

I just installed my 2T retrobox and it's a blast. I'm going to be able to play games that I didn't have when I was much younger. I can't wait for the next retrobox. PS: how to put my games in full screen because I have a big samsung 4k. Thanks in advance.

A big thank you to the shop! I was looking for a retrogaming console and after searching on internet and youtube, the retrogaming shop was well rated. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I took the plunge and bought the Retrobox 2Tb. It took 3 long weeks to receive it, but I found the store's team extremely competent, patient, efficient and attentive. They even offered me a hub without me asking anything. The handling of this console is not so easy and the after-sales service of the site is currently helping me, step by step, to remedy the small defects that I notice. As far as games are concerned, it's Ali Baba's cave ^^, although not all the multiplayer games work (but here again, the after-sales service is by my side). In short, you can go there, you will not be disappointed but, if like me, the start is not easy, call the shop, they will reassure you and help you in your playful steps. Congratulations to them and thank you for your patience!

After a difficult start of communication, due to my impatience, a not legitimate irritation of my part and an exchange of messages which remained in the incomprehension. I met Romain, the person in charge of the customer service by phone, and after having discussed and put things on the table. Then the technician knew, remotely, to solve some small points on the use of the console and I finally regained a taste for happiness and my innocence by using their console games retro Argon 512 that brings me back to my earliest youth. The console is a real computer, powerful and fluid. A menu loaded with options to optimize and keep up to date the processor and games, controllers that include. When you start, you can't stop playing and you don't know where to start because there are so many games! I highly recommend retrogaming shop for their after sales service, their help and their great quality material. I wish you a pleasant experience. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Nico

It's the second time I order from retrogaming shop. The first one was a nespi4, just great, that I sold to my brother who after trying it didn't want to give it back :) . So I went upmarket with the retrobox 2t, it is beautiful, but this one I will not pass it looool. And as always a service of sale and after sale to the small onions.

I'm not sure what to do with the console, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a look at it and see if it's a good one. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same service again, but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same service again.
