I received my order and it was on time. The customer service is great, they respond quickly and well. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product. The only problem is that there are a lot of duplicate games and also games that I can't even play, probably because you need a keyboard and mouse, it should be specified in the description. After the Retrobox 2TB, the GPi After the Retrobox 2TB I just bought the Gpi and I'm very satisfied. Not all games work, it's true, but it's the same regardless of the supplier. Nothing is perfect in emulation. On the GPi the two back buttons are not ergonomic and the weight of the GPi is a bit high because of the three batteries, I think a rechargeable battery would have been lighter. A USB charger was offered to me. Positive assessment for Boutique Retrogaming

I'm still waiting for a missing controller :( Out of two Xbox controllers ordered, I received one out of two...the second one I'm still waiting for! I'm still waiting for the second one... They were going to send it to me, they sent me a colissimo with a repaired sd card (and thank you by the way)... I made several reminders remained without response which is surprising because they are rather reactive in principle ... I'm hoping to be contacted again because it's not great :( I'll change the rating when this problem is resolved. Edit: I did receive the controller afterwards, and it was perfect, so I'm raising the rating
