Product did arrive, however, not within the announced timeframe (much later😒) and all because of a Steam deck model issue, in fact they told me about a compatibility problem between the micro SD card and OLED Steam decks, which according to their latest test, still needs to be reworked. Except that I don't have this model at all, so as a result I've had a 15-day delay in delivery for this bullshit. So for other customers (batocera micro sd card for Steam deck), specify the Steam deck model, otherwise it'll be like me. Apart from that, it works fine, just a bit of trouble at first to configure everything on a TV, because obviously there are no instructions.

Nice products but lack of information on the site like the non-compatibility of Steam cards on oled, the after-sales service does not follow it's a shame and frustrating. I'm currently waiting for my Steam cards to be updated and for my shipping costs to be refunded.

It's over priced alot of games don't work. Same Games are duplicate and most important they ship the item so you pay very high custom charges. The console had a software update so I updated it now all the games stop working and sound is messed up if they do work. The company said you should not update the software, its their company update .AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT HELP. Wasted over £350 including cusom charges.

The order took a maximum of 15 days to arrive at the house, neat package, all the equipment is there, it's quality material, all you have to do is plug it in! Well, I still exchanged 1 email in order to set up the machine as it should be => the return was very quick => a few minutes after sending the email, I received an efficient troubleshooting tuto, I don't know if they're always so reactive, but obviously during the holidays they find the time! So now I've got a working product that I'm genuinely delighted with ;) Top class, nothing else to say! Thank you Boutique ;)

Order and delivery without any difficulty👍. A thousand thanks for the celerity you showed for the deadlines despite the holiday season, so I could have my retrobox 8t under the tree. Best thing ever - I love old games and this has all of them, set up, basically plug and play. I didn't read the manual so it took me a little while to work out the keys, and some of the games don't work, but it's brilliant!

Parcel received, unpacked 1 week later and found that I had not received the Arcade stick ordered. Without any information or a note from them, I had to contact them and was informed that it was out of stock. I had the feeling that they'd simply missed the deal and that if I hadn't said anything I'd never have received the Arcade Stick. Apart from this incident, the RetroBox 8 is great.

Delivery time a little long, but once you've received the console, you quickly forget about it. As for the rest, the console is great. I haven't tried out all the games yet, but once you've plugged it in, all you can do is enjoy yourself.

In the Batocera SD card for SteamDeck, there are quite a few games, notably Neo-Geo, which don't work at all despite the change of emulator, etc. I was obliged to buy an SD card for SteamDeck on aliexpres in order to recover these games. I had to buy an SD card for SteamDeck on aliexpres to get these games back, because I was so fond of them. Fortunately, neo-geo games work on this card. A retrogaming boy tried to fix the problem remotely, despite the two hrs of remote work it didn't work, I gave up afterwards. I give 3 stars because at least you tried to give a solution to my problem.
