Ordered my package on 3/26/2020 received my package. The 26/4/2020! I am a beginner and I have been fiddling with all the buttons on the plant machine. Can't get the main menu anymore

Very good little retro console, indeed the 32 and gameboy advance games have trouble running but for the rest it's great.

Didn't receive all the articles despite my calls and emails. Too many unanswered questions. I do not recommend

Great product! Easy to install ps3 controllers. Don't take the express delivery, it's useless, very unhappy with Dhl, they don't care about people. But nothing to do with retrogaming.

Very good product and delivered in spite of the confinement :)

A lot of games are in 10 copies and a lot of them don't work, the ps2 is almost unplayable and the collections are not available, and there are a lot of games missing.

I thought that all the games worked with the controller that came with the console. But this is far from being the case, especially for the Commodore games, which are among the most interesting and most recent on offer. It's a pity, there's no information on how to initialize the controller or if it's not compatible and that's a pity, it should have been specified and the appropriate controller. In the case that this would come from all the games bugging, it would mean that there is a lack of control from the company.

Nespi 45 000 games console Product arrived on time, corresponding to the description and in excellent condition. However, I have a problem with the launch of some games which is not done (Spinmaster on Neo-Geo for example) or which results in a fixed loading screen (the Amiga 1200 catalogue and others). To be seen in the settings to perhaps solve this problem. A small regret also concerning the absence of the Saturn catalogue but these criticisms are derisory compared to the multitude of games offered! A very good product for retrogaming.

A lot of bugs, I didn't know about the pi 4 before ordering my pi 3 console, which is much less powerful and very fun, but otherwise great stuff, even better than the original versions.

I ordered via chronopost with an extra controller and arrived via colissimo after 10 days with only one controller. Called 8 days ago regarding the second controller and no news to date. I've been using the console for a while now and I'm not sure I'll be able to get it back.

Super happy with this console, I haven't been able to test many games yet because I just got it. But I can't get the Atari St games to work? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get a keyboard.

I received my Superpi console in only 3 days in a neat package. The console corresponds exactly to my expectations, really plug and play! I'm just taking away one star because I noticed that many games are not available in French (or I don't know how to do it?) and the console, despite its small size, is particularly noisy.

I'm very pleased with this product, it's the third one I've bought in 6 months, the delay was a bit long but given the situation it's understandable nevertheless maintain the payment for the delivery in 24h chronopost while you delivered in colissimo it's a bit abused, but apart from that nickel as always.

The madness of grandeur. The package took a while to arrive but that's due to the epidemic, it's already good to have maintained the deliveries. On the other hand, I'm not very satisfied with the GPI console that I ordered. First, the list of games displayed on the site does not correspond to the games present on the console. The quantity is still there but the Neo-Geo category has disappeared for example :/ some titles are in the arcade category but not all (The Last Blade for example, even though it is an expected classic)! Another flaw that is much more annoying is the way emulators work. If most of them work well and recalbox offers many welcome options, the Arcade, Neo Geo, and Game Boy advance emulators (I didn't test all of them) work very badly! The sound saturates horribly, the games raaaaaaaaament to death and there is a lot of tearing and other image defects. I'm not sure I'd have expected any more optimization, at least for the must-have games (MarioKart Gba is unplayable, although I don't think it's very demanding). Given the number of games on offer, I expected this kind of malfunction, but what a shame not to have ensured that a minimum of classic games (which are sure to be launched by anyone who lays their hands on the console). Which leads us to wonder why they put so many games on the console, even though some of them don't work. I realize this is probably related to the technical limitations of the RaspBerryPi 0, but then why offer consoles that don't run? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a console that doesn't work, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a console that does work. It's the very philosophy of the product that poses a problem, namely offering a ton of games, even if it means offering several iterations of the same sports game (which isn't very interesting), without worrying about whether the selection is relevant and above all functional! When you start up the console, you're faced with a mountain of games that you know you'll never get to play, and most of which aren't very interesting (a lot of Atari games, even though we know that this console is known for its games, which are all similar and not very original, unless you're an Atari fan...). This quantity of games sometimes borders on the absurd, unless you are a real retro games bulimic. The selection contains hack roms, french translations of japanese games, rare games, which allows to discover interesting games. -All the games are very well scrapped, it's very pleasant to scroll through the games and the covers in the menu, we really have the feeling to be in a museum and to face a part of the video game heritage (which seems to be the promise of the product) -Most of the emulators (up to 16 bits consoles) work very well and Recalbox offers very interesting options like a backup system for the games that don't have any (i.e. a lot). -The plug and play promise is well respected, you turn it on, everything is in place, hardware and software (except for some emulators as I said). -If the selection of games poses some problems, it must be recognized that it is also the ideal way to discover gems, randomly, at the bend of a menu, to play retro games other than the endless classics that everyone knows. It's possible to become a real explorer of video game history and to start exploring this gigantic video library. In short, I'm quite disappointed that the promise of being able to play the neo geo and the GBA on a portable console is not kept, if someone has a solution I'm a taker. An interesting object but one that would gain so much from being more polished.

A great console that is really like all the old consoles I have on my PC. The kids are really happy to play on it with the controllers. It's very practical with the indispensable keyboard that allows access to consoles (videopac, etc) and computers. I added games on a USB key to have some proto games that I like. Not very easy to do at the beginning without experience but by searching you get there. There are duplicates of games it's true or weird proto in Snes and Megadrive, Sonic, Mario, but you have to sort out and put some in your favorites. It's a must to find all our consoles! and a fast shipping service even in the situation we're in. I think I'll buy the GPI Case later on.

Very good console, it works great, very surprised, it responds well with several controller, a product of very good quality, I just remove a Star because some games are not in French, as metal gear or Medievil which are in French base, well after we can add its own rom in FR so no problem, but a pity, otherwise excellent console ^^

Site that announces 72 hours of delivery then no more news. Impossible to reach customer service by phone. SMS not very courteous and I'm still waiting for my refund!

I ordered a GPI on March 30th by DHL express 24h and I still haven't received it and it's April 2nd! I still paid an extra 10 euros for this express delivery. I have no answer from the shop about a possible date of reception!

A real return to childhood. It's a pity there aren't more "classics" in the games, but otherwise there's already something to enjoy.

I received my order and it was on time. The customer service is great, they respond quickly and well. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product. The only problem is that there are a lot of duplicate games and also games that I can't even play, probably because you need a keyboard and mouse, it should be specified in the description. Apart from that, it's perfect, I highly recommend it
