Long, long and long... Order placed on 29/11/19 and still not shipped as of 18/12/19. Very good customer service, very available and competent. I called because several problems were bothering me and within a few days, I had all the solutions to remedy them. The price of the console is a bit too high but it's worth it in the end :) Good retro moments, I highly recommend :)

Delay and lack of communication... I placed an order on 04/12/2019. It is now 12/16/2019, and not only have I not received the product I ordered, but I haven't heard anything since the order date. I have been trying to reach the delivery department since this morning, but no one is responding. The technical service does not answer either... I'm wondering if I'll ever receive the console. Very disappointed because of the long wait after ordering. I was very disappointed because I had to wait a long time to receive my console, but I finally got in touch with customer service and apparently an email was sent to customers to warn them of a delay (which I never received). The person on the phone assured me that my order would be sent on Wednesday. I will complete the order when I receive it...

Everything works well at first sight and during the first games played (Ms Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Super Mario Bros, Sensible World Of Soccer, The Legend Of Zelda, ... to name a few) Really a return to the past, with melodies of games that really transport us to the 80's :)))
