Exactly as described. Works great but pricey.

Very pleasant to play all the games of my childhood. Well thought-out console. What's a shame is the micro sd under linux . Impossible to add games or make a backup if the sd is erased. N64 emulator struggles quite a bit. If not, nothing to say, it's a killer.

I was so anxious to receive my order and at the same time I was afraid of being disappointed. My order took a long time to arrive. More or less a month between the time I ordered it and the time I received it. As soon as I got it, I wanted to reassure myself that it was fine and that all the games were working well... I was pleasantly surprised and all my doubts vanished. Since then, I've been rediscovering the games of my childhood and so much more. It's a real nugget. Well, because the PS VITA isn't functional and the PINBALLS games don't have key settings, so you have to do some research to find out how to map the buttons - not impossible, of course, but it's supposed to be plug and play, isn't it? Too bad, because the product is fine

I ordered a RetroBox 8 and I'm totally delighted! A real museum of video games at home! Once you've unpacked the box, all you have to do is plug in the hardware (I'm not very good at this myself, but I can tell you it's really very simple) and you can start playing straight away. Of course, I haven't had time to test everything yet, but almost all the games I've tried so far work perfectly. And if I have any problems or questions, the after-sales service has been very professional and responsive. The interface, already well optimized, is very ergonomic and customizable. Numerous settings can be made, for example, to make recalcitrant games work (change emulator, change resolution, etc.). In addition, several sorting and search tools are available (filters by name, year or system, as well as automatic or editable collections) to help you navigate through an ocean of games. Every time I searched for a particular game, I found it! What a pleasure to be able to replay all the games of my youth! And, icing on the cake, many of the games are in French. In a nutshell! I can only recommend this product, which is well worth the price! Bravo and thanks to the Retrogaming Boutique team for all their hard work!

Having discovered on a Facebook post I first made a "small" purchase to see if there was no scam. THERE IS NO SCAM. I bought the big console and it paid for itself very quickly. Go for it with your eyes closed. You won't regret it. Thanks again for offering us 30 years of history in such a small box 😎

So far I loved my Retrobox 8! Really well done and their support has been spot on. The only reason I don't give 5-stars is that I ordered 2 wireless controllers and 2 wired one but the shipment was missing one of the wireless controllers. I got in touch with them and they had to refund that controller.

Quite satisfied with my purchase, about 15 games tested since the reception, the games are of quality, the backup works for the majority of them.interface easy to use and pleasant. However, some games don't work at all (star fox on the wii U for example). The delivery time took longer than expected, so allow for a margin or a little patience ;)

Great console, highly recommend to any retro gaming fans out there. If you live in the UK then there is 20% VAT to pay when it passes through customs, DHL contact you for payment so best to be aware of this upfront. Still well worth the cost, great value for money - They also have a discord channel you can join where you can get quick answers to any queries or just chat to other gamers. I'm off to carry on rediscovering all my old favourite games now :)

Apart from an extended lead time for console preparation, there have been no problems whatsoever. The console works very well, and games are generally fluid. The interface is nice. The case takes up very little space. There are a few games that bug a little or whose controls don't work properly. But this is marginal. Well, I haven't tested the 50,000+ games yet!
