I have no sound after trying several outputs on the box and my television

Very good advisor and good after-sales service but be careful with portable consoles that have a manufacturing defect in the casing.

My order was missing a joystick, hence the 2 stars.

we're sold a dream with a hard disk that just needs plugging in, but we get a disk that needs to be assembled and, as an added surprise, I didn't receive the USB key to use it.

Had to relaunch for order to be taken into account. BlueTooth controller missing. Still not delivered after 1 1/2 months.

Delay very long 1 month in more obliged to call several times because in the event of problem of their share one but not held with the current one.

Ridiculous packaging, the documentation is symbolic and unprofessional. Between ordering the memory cards and delivery... 1 month passed. It was a birthday present. Don't be in a hurry

After ordering, I received the console fairly quickly, but there were a few problems with it once it was up and running (juice cut on the casing and inability to get sound despite digging into the settings), so "unfortunately" I asked for a return (refund).

The screen regularly jumps when playing games. The controller doesn't fit the diagonal, so many fighting games are unplayable.

It's over priced alot of games don't work. Same Games are duplicate and most important they ship the item so you pay very high custom charges. The console had a software update so I updated it now all the games stop working and sound is messed up if they do work. The company said you should not update the software, its their company update .AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT HELP. Wasted over £350 including cusom charges.

I'm not rating the store itself, but the product sold, in this case the Retrobox 4 - Why this rating? Well, because the PS VITA isn't functional and the PINBALLS games don't have key settings, so you have to do some research to find out how to map the buttons - not impossible, of course, but it's supposed to be plug and play, isn't it? Too bad, because the product is fine

Had to pay £127 extra with DHL to receive my product past customs

As a general rule, everything goes smoothly - delivery times and after-sales service by telephone. But unfortunately, when the product is no longer under warranty, it's impossible to have it repaired "even if you want to pay for the repair" or to have it taken back to buy a new one.

Hello I received the console but not the controller number 55516 too bad

it takes a long time to receive the order and it's not what you expect. e.g.: the m2 case of the switch disk. the system isn't finished, as Jay says in the videos.

Thanks for the product, but I can't get any sound, I don't understand why, I go through all the settings and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... it's not great... plus some (flagship) games don't work. I'm thinking in particular of tomB raider 1er 2... ( even when changing emulator...) and some others don't work either. So I'm really sorry but I've already spent a lot of time trying to fix these problems (which are still not solved) instead of enjoying this console which I'm sure has potential... thanks anyway. I'll keep watching. I hope you won't let me down on the service front ... cdlt

I was happy with the merchandise, but the communication... I was first mocked and then almost verbally abused, and I ended up being blocked, just because I asked a few questions about the merchandise... I had never seen that before.

I really like the website. But cot6 phone call is 0 out of 10. Dsl but we can never get them. And the delivery it's the same it's not great too. Too much waiting.

Positive point we really have the essential of Retro Gaming and interface simpa.negative point too many goal of games that does not pass that turns to slow impossible to play with the ps4 controllers without spinning.900 euros with so many problems I find that it does not deserve them.

I am satisfied with the quality of my order but not with the delay! More than 3 months of waiting! Even if I can understand the difficulty for you to receive the components but still at least warn the customer of the expected delay because forced to contact you several times to know the progress of my order!

The principle is excellent but the realization leaves much to be desired. I received a first non-functional console, sent back to the after-sales service at my expense. More than 2 months of waiting to get one back and some games don't work. I chose this site because it offers N64 games that the competition does not have, but if I had to do it again I would do without.

The console is great BUT... I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get the right controller for the right game, because a PlayStation game needs the PlayStation buttons, a Nintendo 64 game needs the same buttons, a keyboard for computer games etc... The second negative point is the customer service that responds aggressively when you're not happy with something... I ordered a console 500 euros. The most powerful and the one that has all the consoles. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the console, but I'm sure it will take. Still no news of the order by the end of the week. I hope they don't rush it and have a product that doesn't meet the specifications and the promise on the site. I've paid 239 euros for a superpi and I still haven't heard from it after 4 days, especially since it says express delivery in 3 days. 2 weeks of delay on the delivery! I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure I'll be able to use it again. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, even though I ordered an Xbox one controller and not a switch controller.

Here is my opinion after one month of use. Currently, I am waiting for an answer from the technical support which I still haven't received concerning a problem with the NETPLAY tool (doesn't work when following the NETPLAY installation video). I also noticed that after starting the Recalbox V7 console, I have to wait about two minutes for it to be functional. Some games on which I would have liked to play to find my childhood have defects (Ex. Maniac Mansion on NES, the words and texts during the game are written in another language than English, even some letters have illegible characters on this game). I hope that I will have an answer to my questions and problems so that I can review the two star rating and my comment. Sincerely

Service nonexistent Console good at the base. But after-sales service is non-existent. Following a problem on the console and after several relaunching nobody has deigned to answer me. The one year follow-up is a lie. Big disappointment.

A good potential to work ! The power supply provided with the megaretroPI pack failed in less time than expected (5 days), I had connected on it a keyboard and a wired mouse and an external hard drive2 "5 and a controller. I would have liked to see on the website that not all controllers are compatible. I was also very surprised to see that I had a raspberry pi 3 card with a gig of RAM. I'm not sure what to do with it. I paid 1 euro per gigabyte but everything is far from perfect there are a lot of games that are unusable especially apple c64 oric to7 etc etc. there are also a lot of games that have copy protection messages in the games and demos. On the other hand you can enrich your website with references to the websites of the emulator developers, so that all the information is in one place. Anyway I found some MAME games but it's a pity I already have a version I'm very happy with. On that note I wish you all the best. At first it's cool, then... At the beginning, it's crazy, you think you have all the games you dreamed of playing at your fingertips. Then, you notice that one doesn't work, then another... you change the controller, it works sometimes, when you can choose... The list of games that don't work gets longer and longer, and sometimes, it's one you would really like to play. So, you try to call the service department, with no answer, then you send an email with the list of games that don't work, they tell you that it doesn't work for them either... then you wait... Arcade games on FBA : Dungeon Magic (slow down / music crackles) Elevator Action Returns (slow down / music crackles) Gaiapolis (doesn't work at all, even after settings) Kaiser Kunuckle Darius Gaiden (slow down / music crackles) Doraku Tenshi (slow down / music crackles) Beast Busters (viewfinder doesn't move) MAME : Ghost Chaser / Dragon Ball Z RVS (works without sound...I was dreaming of playing it :( Few things work on the Amstrad, NEC PC-8801 (black screen), Amiga, Commodore, Apple 2, Sharp X68000 (Atari, it's ok ;) Oh and how does the Super Famicom Satellaview work ? No matter which game you choose, it always starts the same...(RPG map in Japanese...) My biggest disappointment was to see that on PS ONE, LEGEND OF MANA didn't respond ( I tested several controllers), and, oh sadness, SAGA FRONTIER 2 doesn't work either. We get the intro, some dialogues, then, once the king comes back to see his son and talked to his wife...black screen...(EVERY TIME) I'm still waiting for an answer from the SAV for some advice... PS: don't bother telling me to read the advice at the end of the manual, I know it by heart ;)
