1st purchase on this site, defective from the beginning, I had to send back at my expense, I could use the box 2 weeks later, so I paid the 8e of fast delivery fees for nothing I had to pay 2E for the purchase of the box to send back the box.

Disappointment ............ ......... ... ...After buying a Retrobox 1TB, globally satisfied (except maybe the controller, which, out of order, disturbs the good functioning of the games), I went in search of the GPI. Great disappointment because the listing of games announced on the site is incorrect, including the Neo Geo is purely and simply absent while I had bought the console essentially for this system. Site that announces 72 hours of delivery then no more news. Impossible to reach customer service by phone. SMS not very courteous and I'm still waiting for my refund!

I ordered a GPI on March 30th by DHL express 24h and I still haven't received it and it's April 2nd! I still paid an extra 10 euros for this express delivery. I have no answer from the shop about a possible date of reception!

Some problems frankly "rage" A priori it is top but in use, many things pose problem. First of all, the controllers provided do not meet certain needs on "recent" machines (Atari, Amiga, Playstation), even if plugging a current controller into a usb port solves a lot of them. Keyboards - physical or virtual - are not that. You can't run games with a mouse, and on some games, it's prohibitive. Saving, whether it's the one included in the games or the one offered via the recalbox, doesn't work in my experience. Finally, some emulations leave a lot to be desired, I'm thinking in particular of the Amiga 1200 where it is not uncommon for the game to simply not launch (image of a floppy disk to be inserted and no button interacts, it's annoying!!!) So, apart from these flaws (which are quite numerous but some of them can be explained by my lack of practice...), the rest is cool.

Great Very well thought out, plug and play. But there are several games that I bought the console for that I can only play in co-op mode, like all the tetriss, dr mario, and other games like pro skater that I can play but no buttons work to do tricks. So for 460$ can... its not worth the price

For the price I paid I find this aberrant! So if you want to order a console to give it to someone for Christmas for example I advise you after December 10 to turn elsewhere or for Christmas 2020!

45000 GAMES AND 50 INTERESTING GAMES...

I am not satisfied with the delivery time. I ordered since November 3rd and my package only left on November 6th.

The micro sd card with 45000 games is very buggy for the number of times I have played it, despite the fact that I have gone on a new raspberry purchased from a competitor.

At the beginning everything was fine. unfortunately, advertising of sending in 24 hours false, received in 4 days. upon receipt, no signal on screens, I had to cobble together while on the site the ad says everything is tested before departure but team rather reactive to answer questions. after 15 days of galere in use, they noticed 1 problem on the program, support for return and sending the replacement (in stock). I was told that it leaves tomorrow (to receive the package in 2 or 3 days) 1 week passed and still nothing. 1 mail to ask and as luckily mail confirmation of departure package following my mail ... I would not have asked, I would never have received the return ... really not serious in the end ... for the price

Received the console after a week, defective (the 4 usb ports don't recognize the controllers and the console turns itself off after 5-10min); the team tells me they will send me a new console, but I haven't heard from them in a week...

Big disappointment. I bought the retrobox II for more than 500 euros (since withdrawn from sale) when they were not ready to sell it (late delivery, console problems, ...) Finally received and almost unplayable as the necessary configurations for each emulator, not to mention the controllers, were messy... I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same level of service again. The team is nice and reactive but never precise answers, everything is still fine....

games do not work. I'm disappointed because there are many games (especially regarding neo geo) that don't work. The cover is there but the games are empty.
