There are dozens of companies offering Retrogaming consoles, but not always serious ones. I'm very satisfied with the "Retrogaming Boutique" for the purchase of my Retrobox 2 console, there's a French after-sales service and facebook groups or YouTube tutorials to help us. I really recommend it!

Product did arrive, however, not within the announced timeframe (much later😒) and all because of a Steam deck model issue, in fact they told me about a compatibility problem between the micro SD card and OLED Steam decks, which according to their latest test, still needs to be reworked. Except that I don't have this model at all, so as a result I've had a 15-day delay in delivery for this bullshit. So for other customers (batocera micro sd card for Steam deck), specify the Steam deck model, otherwise it'll be like me. Apart from that, it works fine, just a bit of trouble at first to configure everything on a TV, because obviously there are no instructions.
