Excellent product, quick delivery

The console was received quickly but in a box where protections were missing to avoid shocks during transport. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one.

The retrobox is a real video game jukebox. Switching in 5 seconds from Mario 64 to Super Metroid, Jet Set Radio or Double Dragon II... it really works and it's exhilarating! So the emulation of the big systems doesn't always restore the original sensations (sound bug, lag or display on some titles) but in some cases, it also improves it! The console is also largely customizable (which was important to me). I really had fun testing the emulation options and evolving the list of games... scrapping, listing. This way, we can get close to 100% functional. Special mention to the availability of the Retrogaming Store team on the after sales service =)

Excellent Fast shipping, the machine is provided with all the elements, the explanation booklet is concise and simple to understand. As far as the Super Pi console is concerned, after a few hazardous beginnings to understand the system, it's a real happiness, the games are present in great number and the emulation is really good.

Diving back into the past of video games It's a real pleasure to dive back into the past of video games on all media! From the arcade, to home consoles, as well as on old computers, playing games such as Double Dragons, Robocop Shinobi and many others made me fall back in childhood. As for the console, it is small and cute, faithful to the original console, we feel that it is solid and reliable material in time. Great console. It's true that there are 2 or 3 games that don't work. But with some adjustments everything works. The delivery is fast, even during the holiday season. The customer service answers you very very quickly and really helps you. A big bravos to retrogaming shop !!! If you like old games and have parties with your friends on tekken or .... there is no better. Thank you again!

Overall good but some small details that bother: - Saves made are not in the right place (a game over on a boss has ff9 while the save was made 5 minutes before). - Absent buffers under the console. - the fan that sizzles. - The raspberry is bawling, so I had to cut the power because the screen was black. It's a shame because it's a great console

I purchased a Super Pi console on Sunday via DHL and it was delivered on already on Tuesday (Brussel). excellent! the product is just fantastic and it does not betray the expectations. The console is nice and compact and the operative system installed is complete and does not require any particular setup. The emulated consoles selection is excellent. there are some famous game missing but you can access roms via an external disk (still have to try that out) the controller are probably the best replica you have for SNES. they are a bit light compared to the originals but you get used to it. cables are long enough and do not require extension it is very nice to receive some extra gadgets, i got some retro chewing gum maybe some tips for Boutique Retro: - if you are shipping out of France, set up the OS in English before shipping. It would be a nice courtesy for the buyers. - similar for the manual-brochure, it would help your international business to have an english copy - the HDMI cable I have received is ridiculously short! I think about 10cm...how can anybody use that?!?!?! to conclude, this is the best retrogame console i have seen so far and just a tip for those interested in a similar purchase... do not buy cheap products from Chinese website or (even worse) european resellers of Chinese products. the quality is disappointing and the delivery time is really painful. Much better to put together the Raspberry PI by yourself or rely on closer providers like the folks of Boutique Retrogaming. the difference in price is really worth it!
