The selection contains hack roms, french translations of japanese games, rare games, which allows to discover interesting games. -All the games are very well scrapped, it's very pleasant to scroll through the games and the covers in the menu, we really have the feeling to be in a museum and to face a part of the video game heritage (which seems to be the promise of the product) -Most of the emulators (up to 16 bits consoles) work very well and Recalbox offers very interesting options like a backup system for the games that don't have any (i.e. a lot). -The plug and play promise is well respected, you turn it on, everything is in place, hardware and software (except for some emulators as I said). -If the selection of games poses some problems, it must be recognized that it is also the ideal way to discover gems, randomly, at the bend of a menu, to play retro games other than the endless classics that everyone knows. It's possible to become a real explorer of video game history and to start exploring this gigantic video library. In short, I'm quite disappointed that the promise of being able to play the neo geo and the GBA on a portable console is not kept, if someone has a solution I'm a taker. An interesting object but one that would gain so much from being more polished.
