Impeccable delivery, product conforms to what I expected despite some bugs on certain games like FIFA 12 and I was unable to connect a PS4 controller, otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Parcel received, unpacked 1 week later and found that I had not received the Arcade stick ordered. Without any information or a note from them, I had to contact them and was informed that it was out of stock. I had the feeling that they'd simply missed the deal and that if I hadn't said anything I'd never have received the Arcade Stick. Apart from this incident, the RetroBox 8 is great.

Very good purchase but unfortunately some of the games indicated don't work (ocean hunter, behind ennemy line model3, resident evil6, too many games in jap that exist in fr) So very good but for the price you can expect a better finished product. Hence the 4/5

Quite happy with my purchase and delivery. Some games on the emulator of some consoles were not playable or had a bug unfortunately. But on the whole it was fine.

Overall correct, very happy with my purchase which works super well, great interface, bravo to you for this product, on the other hand the delivery was very delayed hence my four stars. Sincerely

despite a good contact with the Retrogaming Boutique, I didn't receive everything at the same time, no manual, they were out of stock, and a bit lost with so little information when I first started. Some games don't work (Crash Bandicot Racing, ejection at championship launch...) and I've only tested a dozen or so. Still, there are a lot of games out there, so I'm not giving up hope. The mini PC seems to be of high quality, as are the accessories. There's still a lot of sorting to be done (collections, consoles), but after that it'll be great fun.

Fast shipping but lacks remote control to change fan color

Everything was almost perfect for the delivery of my retrobox 8 except for the user manual, which I never received despite several e-mail requests.

I received my console very quickly but the HDMI cable was missing. I contacted the after-sales service, which was very responsive. The console is as advertised, so far so good.

Exactly as described. Works great but pricey.

Very pleasant to play all the games of my childhood. Well thought-out console. What's a shame is the micro sd under linux . Impossible to add games or make a backup if the sd is erased. N64 emulator struggles quite a bit. If not, nothing to say, it's a killer.

It's a pleasure to replay the games of my childhood on those points, it does the job, I don't regret my investment.

Good product...very pleasant to find all these games. Good after-sales service, although a little slow, but still pleasant.

So far I loved my Retrobox 8! Really well done and their support has been spot on. The only reason I don't give 5-stars is that I ordered 2 wireless controllers and 2 wired one but the shipment was missing one of the wireless controllers. I got in touch with them and they had to refund that controller.

Quite satisfied with my purchase, about 15 games tested since the reception, the games are of quality, the backup works for the majority of them.interface easy to use and pleasant. However, some games don't work at all (star fox on the wii U for example). The delivery time took longer than expected, so allow for a margin or a little patience ;)

Apart from an extended lead time for console preparation, there have been no problems whatsoever. The console works very well, and games are generally fluid. The interface is nice. The case takes up very little space. There are a few games that bug a little or whose controls don't work properly. But this is marginal. Well, I haven't tested the 50,000+ games yet!

Despite a slightly long delivery time, everything went smoothly. If you have any problems, the store responds well to your emails.

I am quite satisfied with my order, 512 gig SD card for Steam deck Multi console, 53 000 games. I'd be delighted to have a special PS3 or Wii U card.

Overall satisfied. Small downside: the after-sales service was unreachable and the callback was late (2 days).

Had a few issues at the start . Didn’t realise I’d have to pay 20% import tax and did t think it was that clear on the website but my fault to be fair . Item arrived and the sound didn’t work . Took a few days to get sorted with their tech support but now all working . I spent ages deciding whether to buy the Retrobox 4 as it comes at just over £700 but now it’s working I have to say it’s bloody amazing . there are lots of cheaper alternatives but it’s the hardware that makes all the games play properly and there are SO many systems on there . I’ve got a hacked nes mini with retro arch on it and it’s not great . If you like Retro games and you’ve got the cash you’re in for a treat with this ! 😀

Small problem with the order, which was quickly repaired, without SAV asking us for proof. Which proves their confidence in their customers. And offers some very nice little gifts

Good store, responsive when we have questions, delivery a bit long, the classic retro box console works pretty well despite some bugs on the more recent games like golden eye, I told myself that for later the retro box 8 would be a good investment that would allow me to benefit from a good computer and in addition to a retro console that I hope will allow me to play games like golden eye.

A little too much delay on delivery, but the wait was worth it! The RetroBox8 is top-notch & the seller is responsive to questions.

Cool

Super console a little complicated at first for the settings because each game launch black screen, now that everything is set it's great from Dreamcast to PS2 etc everything is superb. I do not my 5 stars because games are missing or not working, killer instinct 1 and 2 should be in jurassic park Sega model 3 missing apart from that I recommend they are listening and call back as soon as possible.

All the consoles in 1! What work to introduce all these games! Really impressive. My only downside is that it takes a little time to send and receive the package. I'm aware of the high demand, but ..... That's why I'm not giving it 5 stars! But apart from that, bravo for this console, because I'm going to spend hours and hours on it, that's for sure!

I'm so happy with my system (Retrobox 8) I won't lie though. There is a lot on there that doesn't need to be (consoles/games that failed, and for good reason) But, what is on there and working is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the delivery company stung me for an extra £185. And most of the 'newer' games on there are in French. So I'm having to learn a new language. Not a bad thing, but it will take time. And in the meantime I'm having to just deal with it. If there was an option to just switch it to English, then this wouldn't be an issue. Other than those two things. This console is the shit :) I love it

Very good product satisfied

I ordered the RetroBox 2 Console last year in December. The console arrived nice and quickly and was easy to set up and play. Plenty of gaming choice and brought back a lot of happy memories of gaming when i was younger with the bonus of trying games ive never played before. My issues with it were that some of the Amiga games weren't working, a bit disappointing as i was looking forward to this. The online help on facebook wasn't as useful has i was hoping. Overall a good retro console but they could improve

The delivery was still quite long, 4-5 days expected but lasted more than a week, too bad there is no god of war on the xonsole but otherwise the card with all its games are a pure happiness

Hello, every time the console is turned on, the message UNOFFICIALOS is displayed for 70 seconds before the system loads in 5 seconds. Is this normal? As for the games, everything is well ordered and listed, thank you for your work. There are some games without covers that do not launch but this is negligible. Sincerely, M.CARLIER
