Great!!! Very good initial contact, they take the time to answer all questions even if we are not sure to buy! Then when we cracked ( obliged ??) everything is also nickel . Big disappointment. I bought the retrobox II for more than 500 euros (since withdrawn from sale) when they were not ready to sell it (late delivery, console problems, ...) Finally received and almost unplayable as the necessary configurations for each emulator, not to mention the controllers, were messy... I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same level of service again. The team is nice and reactive but never precise answers, everything is still fine....
