I have no sound after trying several outputs on the box and my television
Very good advisor and good after-sales service but be careful with portable consoles that have a manufacturing defect in the casing.
Package well received and in accordance with what I ordered. The retrobox 2 is really good, I had the pleasure of rediscovering the games of my childhood. The big issue: many games in multiple copies on the same machine, games that do not work, despite the help from customer service (which responds quickly), ultimately directed me to the help forum, my issues persist. So I am a bit disappointed.
Good product but basic packaging, no charge indicator and the battery has a synchronization problem (not the same percentage) of charge every time. Also, zero percent appears even when it is charged. I can't get it to the right time either. But despite that, I'm having a lot of fun.
The only complaint I can say is that it took friends 1 month to receive the product and this often happens. Otherwise good product overall, I still recommend it.
My order was missing a joystick, hence the 2 stars.
We're sold a dream with a hard disk that just needs plugging in, but we get a disk that needs to be assembled and, as an added surprise, I didn't receive the USB key to use it.
Better warn the customer of shipping dates. After payment, I did not receive any information on the shipping date.
Hello, I bought the NSW hard disk, the DHL delivery man found the DHL relay closed thinking it was my home... in short Curious that the hard disk arrived in 2 pieces, so I had to assemble it without any instructions. Sincerely
Had to relaunch for order to be taken into account. BlueTooth controller missing. Still not delivered after 1 1/2 months.

Three stars because of the shipping time not respected at all announced between 7 to 10 days and finally more than one month of waiting, otherwise the product is in conformity with some details, rom in double, all is not scraper correctly, error between the name and the video of certain games. And finally, the package is not very well protected. Too bad, we're not far from perfection.

After ordering, I received the console fairly quickly, but there were a few problems with it once it was up and running (juice cut on the casing and inability to get sound despite digging into the settings), so "unfortunately" I asked for a return (refund).
The screen regularly jumps when playing games. The controller doesn't fit the diagonal, so many fighting games are unplayable.
One regret: the controller supplied is not the one described in the user manual, and I had to fumble to find the key combinations I needed to navigate the machine.

Product did arrive, however, not within the announced timeframe (much later😒) and all because of a Steam deck model issue, in fact they told me about a compatibility problem between the micro SD card and OLED Steam decks, which according to their latest test, still needs to be reworked. Except that I don't have this model at all, so as a result I've had a 15-day delay in delivery for this bullshit. So for other customers (batocera micro sd card for Steam deck), specify the Steam deck model, otherwise it'll be like me. Apart from that, it works fine, just a bit of trouble at first to configure everything on a TV, because obviously there are no instructions.
Nice products but lack of information on the site like the non-compatibility of Steam cards on oled, the after-sales service does not follow it's a shame and frustrating. I'm currently waiting for my Steam cards to be updated and for my shipping costs to be refunded.
It's over priced alot of games don't work. Same Games are duplicate and most important they ship the item so you pay very high custom charges. The console had a software update so I updated it now all the games stop working and sound is messed up if they do work. The company said you should not update the software, its their company update .AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT HELP. Wasted over £350 including cusom charges.
In the Batocera SD card for SteamDeck, there are quite a few games, notably Neo-Geo, which don't work at all despite the change of emulator, etc. I was obliged to buy an SD card for SteamDeck on aliexpres in order to recover these games. I had to buy an SD card for SteamDeck on aliexpres to get these games back, because I was so fond of them. Fortunately, neo-geo games work on this card. A retrogaming boy tried to fix the problem remotely, despite the two hrs of remote work it didn't work, I gave up afterwards. I give 3 stars because at least you tried to give a solution to my problem.
Satisfied with my purchasing experience, but could be improved with more clarity and ergonomics in site navigation. Especially when it comes to knowing which games are available on which system. This last point is laborious.
I'm not rating the store itself, but the product sold, in this case the Retrobox 4 - Why this rating? Well, because the PS VITA isn't functional and the PINBALLS games don't have key settings, so you have to do some research to find out how to map the buttons - not impossible, of course, but it's supposed to be plug and play, isn't it? As a general rule, everything goes smoothly - delivery times and after-sales service by telephone. But unfortunately, when the product is no longer under warranty, it's impossible to have it repaired "even if you want to pay for the repair" or to have it taken back to buy a new one.
I bought this card mainly for the 2321 games on the Atari ST, which are not available on the ???? card.

It takes a long time to receive the order and it's not what you expect. e.g.: the m2 case of the switch disk. the system isn't finished, as Jay says in the videos.
Given the size of the disk, it's going to take some time to test all the games. By the way, no Switch games, too bad. And a hard drive enclosure too small to accommodate the 8TB.
The delivery took much longer than expected, but it went smoothly. The console works very well, and it's great to be able to play our childhood games and even some recent ones.

Thanks for the product, but I can't get any sound, I don't understand why, I go through all the settings and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... it's not great... plus some (flagship) games don't work. I'm thinking in particular of tomB raider 1er 2... ( even when changing emulator...) and some others don't work either. So I'm really sorry but I've already spent a lot of time trying to fix these problems (which are still not solved) instead of enjoying this console which I'm sure has potential... thanks anyway. I'll keep watching. I hope you won't let me down on the service front ... cdlt
