Excellent. I had a question, I got my answer within the day. I recommend it. Well, I spend my evenings playing with my eyes full of nostalgia, but that's just for fun 🫶🏽

So far I loved my Retrobox 8! Really well done and their support has been spot on. The only reason I don't give 5-stars is that I ordered 2 wireless controllers and 2 wired one but the shipment was missing one of the wireless controllers. I got in touch with them and they had to refund that controller.

Quite satisfied with my purchase, about 15 games tested since the reception, the games are of quality, the backup works for the majority of them.interface easy to use and pleasant. However, some games don't work at all (star fox on the wii U for example). The delivery time took longer than expected, so allow for a margin or a little patience 😉

I ordered a hard drive from Boutique Retrogaming. The hard disk was very badly packed (a simple black film) and arrived defective. The same day I notified the after-sales service, which took 10 days to get back to me. Following a video showing the problem, I was authorized to return the faulty product at my own expense. With no news for a month, after a reminder, the after-sales service told me: "Your hard drive arrived in the workshop broken..., your hard drive is out of warranty, it will be returned to you within a week." I've paid 300 euros, received a faulty product and they're implying that I've damaged it, even though I reported it on the day I received it. Point to remember: they respond 1 time out of 10. You are responsible for faulty products, as the customer must be dishonest. The company is registered in Bulgaria, which allows them to behave as they please. For other customers, the CEC can help you initiate a complaint on a foreign site.

I had to contact customer service several times. Order arrived late. No commercial gesture to apologize ... the person I had on line several times was however friendly. We're still a long way from Amazon customer service.

Great console, highly recommend to any retro gaming fans out there. If you live in the UK then there is 20% VAT to pay when it passes through customs, DHL contact you for payment so best to be aware of this upfront. Still well worth the cost, great value for money - They also have a discord channel you can join where you can get quick answers to any queries or just chat to other gamers. I'm off to carry on rediscovering all my old favourite games now 🙂

Apart from an extended lead time for console preparation, there have been no problems whatsoever. The console works very well, and games are generally fluid. The interface is nice. The case takes up very little space. There are a few games that bug a little or whose controls don't work properly. But this is marginal. Well, I haven't tested the 50,000+ games yet!

A few games are wonky (to be expected), and the controller configuration takes a while to get used, otherwise, a fabulous purchase

At last, a unique way to play the games of yesteryear! Not everything is perfect, some games don't work, some are missing 🙂 but the end result is simply fantastic. I hope we'll have more updates to complete the game library, and many thanks again!
