Long lead times !!! More than one month
No order confirmation email, no order tracking. No indication that order has been registered. Delivery times not respected. 6 to 9 days received 1 month later.
No details about the incompatibility of certain TVs with retrobox classics, which means that there are no sounds in games or menus.
Some games don't work with my controllers, for example future pinball, which is a shame because I love pinball games!

The principle is excellent but the realization leaves much to be desired. I received a first non-functional console, sent back to the after-sales service at my expense. More than 2 months of waiting to get one back and some games don't work. I chose this site because it offers N64 games that the competition does not have, but if I had to do it again I would do without.

The console is great BUT...
