The console is great, but when I opened the parcel, there was a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes and the whole thing was held together by pieces of torn cardboard: that's not very professional.

Hello,I had already replied,but it must not have gone away.the retrobox 16 is incredible,the unboxing was really top notch,well secured,and the machine bluffing,the interface and the musics are just magnificent. All the good old games and the recent ones run well, the smoothing of ps1 games etc... brilliant. It's a hell of a job, and frankly, it's more than remarkable.

The PS2 hard drive is incredible: a game library that will appeal to all nostalgics and otakus of the 2000s.

One game doesn't work chess on atari, DBZ budkoai 2 the game shakes, but everything else I've tested including Mario kart for example works very well and others too, so I'm very happy. The little case heats up quite a bit, so if the lifespan is good, I'll be very happy. I recommend it, it was what I dreamed of buying for my 45th birthday.

( you've certainly just counted my words to see if there were 7😉 ) More seriously, every time the Retrogaming Boutique offers us beautiful machines accessible to all and ESPECIALLY suited to our expectations, in my case this time I bought the Retrobox Neo because I needed a discreet console in its size to integrate into my multimedia installation. Despite its size (which might turn some people off), this little console is really powerful, fluid and offers a great library. I was really well advised by the store team, who knew how to guide me towards the most appropriate choice. As for the price of this little jewel, it was below my initial budget, I say that because they could have directed me towards a more expensive machine, but they listened to me, understood me and proposed this beautiful product. I'd like to thank Boutique Retrogaming for responding to all my requests, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. My next machine will be the Retrobox 16 to, which has been winking at me ever since it came out. Thanks team
