We have reservations about the carrier. He was supposed to deliver on Monday and as we weren't there in the morning, we asked for the delivery to be postponed until Wednesday. We were not informed of the driver's absence and waited all day for the delivery. At the end of the day we contacted the carrier and finally the delivery didn't take place until Friday afternoon. Our horses didn't get their vitamins for 5 days. We are very unhappy with the carrier.

Indeed, the postponement of delivery has been taken into account with the carrier. However, due to a case of force majeure, the delivery could not take place on Wednesday, as planned, but on the following Friday.

On the Reverdy side, bravo for your welcome and responsiveness. On the ups side: the deliveryman claimed to have come at the time announced in his message. He noted that we weren't there, but we were waiting for him in the street at that precise moment. He probably wanted to finish his round early, just in time for Easter weekend. And we had organized ourselves for nothing! We don't want this company anymore. We rarely deal with them and every time there's a problem. With dpd or parcel Simon tjrs ok. Thank you very much
