This time I only give two stars because the order took more than 12 days to arrive... Previously it was 4 days and shipping costs have increased... One could therefore expect better service... Hello, One bag out of two was torn during delivery, we reported it to the delivery person (as you told us to do by phone) but there has been no follow-up. We lost less than half a bag but given the price of the grains, we would have appreciated a gesture from you (which you also mentioned during the call).

Indeed, for younger horses, under 1 year old, we recommend giving the vermicelli version.
