Everything went well except the delivery... The carrier did not call to make an appointment and showed up with a 19t at the stable and maneuvering was very complicated!!!!

As you may have read before placing your order, as soon as the weight of the order exceeds 20kg, shipments are made by straight truck up to 19T.

If the delivery address is not (or not easily) accessible, we always do our best to accommodate you.

In the case of this delivery, we had given the carrier as much information as possible, and had asked that you be contacted before delivery. But it's difficult for us to have total control over transport companies, despite our regular monitoring.

In any case, we've already contacted the carrier and will be checking again to make sure you get the best possible delivery for your next order, rest assured.

We try to provide this information as accurately as possible, and it is mentioned when choosing the delivery method and in the order confirmation sent by e-mail ("... ⚠️ Address accessible with authorized access for carriers up to 19T"). Please note that orders weighing 20kg or less can be sent by "smaller" lorry or to a collection point, in which case you will be offered another delivery method. On the other hand, orders weighing more than 20kg are shipped by straight truck (up to 19T).

I took off one star for having paid for an express delivery which was not. The parcel was delivered to the carrier on time, but the carrier did not provide any insurance at all... The milk is suitable for the little orphan.

There is no dose/measurement with the 'EASY DOSE' format of our CMV MINERAL OLIGOVIT (whatever the packaging); the interest is precisely to be able to dose the product "by hand" :) And for that, a small ruler printed on the label allows you to dose the product precisely, knowing that a unit of 4cm ≈ 10g of product.
