Pretty bottles. Very nice gift sets with interesting explanations. I was delighted with the gift I gave. However, even after changing the address and the name of the recipient after receiving the first package, I received the next 2 packages.

A very unpleasant customer service that hides behind the terms and conditions and responds in a borderline aggressive tone. Personally, first and last experience. Package not received and I'm blamed for not sending a certificate quickly enough. Very unpleasant staff. Too bad we can't give 0 stars because I wouldn't give any stars.

1) Despite our reminders, it took you nearly 2 weeks to send us the required sworn statement to contest a delivery. However, if we take too long to compile the file, the carriers do not reimburse.
2) Despite this, we still fought to obtain a favorable outcome and we fully reimbursed you.

Hello, our warehouse being in France, only deliveries to France benefit from free delivery from 140 euros. For Belgium as for all other countries there is a significant discount on shipping costs from 140 euros. The inflation known in recent years on transport costs does not allow us to deliver for free outside of France.
