We are sorry: indeed there was an exchange but we did not provide you with the final feedback after the small internal survey we conducted, which is obviously not our usual practice. In fact, there is no longer a case for the ReimonenQ 6 years. It has become a rare product. We managed to recover a last batch but without a case, which we had not realized. Thank you for your feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive the package so that we can resolve any issues that may arise. We do not quite understand because you ordered only 2 bottles, 2 glass samples, and 6 PET bottles with their caps. Could you please be more specific about what happened? Normally, when possible without the risk of tearing, the 2 cases are folded and placed on the side or at the bottom of the package to avoid any damage.
