Very satisfied with my first order. The shipment lived up to its promises and was very fast (order made on Sunday the 13th, received on Tuesday the 15th). The packaging is careful. The ordered bottle was well protected. I recommend this site.

Order of glassware, nothing is protected, resulting in the loss of 2 glassware, nothing serious but each time, I have 1 to 3 losses. For the rest, everything is great. Edit: following my 3/5 comment for the transport of glassware, I was contacted by RA via phone, not being able to answer, customer service took the time to leave me a message of apology and complete explanations, the rating goes back to 5, because as I said, except for a few small mishaps, they are always on top.
