I was satisfied with the speed of delivery, however the way the bottle was packaged caused deformation of the box, as well as partial damage and damaged corners. Given that this is a collector's item, the packaging should be better designed to minimize any degradation.

Somewhat dissatisfied, there were missing samples and the order arrived two weeks after the order, I had to postpone a tasting. I really like your site but it's been a long time since I've had an order without issues.

Thank you for your comment and your perseverance. We fully understand your remarks. However, we have indeed improved things and now have very few preparation errors (maybe one or two a month at most, and practically never any breakage...). On the transport side, it's generally quite good too, but on that side, we have less control to improve things, once we have eliminated the less good carriers. We strive to continuously improve our methods to avoid errors and we hope that the next order will be perfect.

Hello, you are right we do not individually protect these empty bottles, as it would be very expensive and we would have to significantly raise the price. Most of the time they arrive in perfect condition. Sometimes there may be one or two broken bottles, in which case do not hesitate to contact us, we will refund you + a commercial gesture, or we will send you the broken bottles if needed.

Order handling and delivery very fast! It was for a birthday gift, when I opened the bottle, the gilding at the cork came off, it disappointed me a bit. So my bottle is less pretty and looks a bit cheap... however, the rum is excellent! And that's ultimately the most important.
