I ordered custom electric blue table legs: they are really very beautiful, I am very happy! Mini downside on the announced delivery time: the site, before ordering, specified a "delivery" within 2 weeks, in reality this is the manufacturing time, so I was delivered a little later (about 3 weeks), but it ultimately did not impact the ongoing project. In terms of communication, I really find the company great: - I had requested more information by email about the delivery date after 2 weeks and I received a precise and very quick response. - I had indicated that it was not great, for customer information, to state "delivery within 15 days" and I see that it is now specified on the site "manufacturing within 15 days". It is appreciated to see that small feedback (even if I am aware that they can be seen as unnecessary) is taken into consideration and I am really very satisfied with my experience with RIPATON.

The packages should be delivered to the door because they are very heavy otherwise everything is perfect.

The waiting time between the order and the availability was very short, barely 10 days. The customer service is top-notch. I had a very bad experience with the site "La Fabrique des pieds". I was lazily looking for legs for my future garden table. It was first the name Ripaton that caught my eye, for its humor, then its design. And once the site was open, I navigated with great pleasure. The site is clear, sober, very complete, please do not change this guiding principle that perfectly matches the design of your creations! There is a bit of a Scandinavian atmosphere in the luminous sobriety of the site. After receiving my order, I confirm the excellent quality of the items, and the icing on the cake, the very careful shipping.
