The delivery was late, the screws were unfortunately missing and after 2 calls I'm crossing my fingers to receive them tomorrow! The quality of the feet is however top!

Not at all satisfied. Here is why: ordered on 21/07, sent on 31/07 in "Express" delivery, quite expensive by the way, but not received! Until then, no responsibility from Ripaton... But then it's a demonstration of incompetence: only one answer, after a reminder (!), to my complaint promising an answer within 24h. Since then, 24 hours have passed, but total silence in spite of my numerous reminders; where is the parcel? what do they intend to do? No answer. And this is probably where the problem lies: this company has no resources available to deal with the slightest transport problem or even to devote to a minimal communication with its customers in trouble. So this company should be avoided.

I am the co-founder of the company. My associate contacted the chronopost customer service following the non-delivery of your package in time, and contacted them again before we left on vacation, not having any return from them. In this vacation period unfortunately we are often faced with this kind of problem. It is indicated on our site the manufacturing time of the orders as well as the delivery time (delivery 24h-48h from the workshop). On our side, the manufacturing and shipping times are respected, and in this case, we are penalized because of the carrier. We have informed you that we are going on vacation, and that we will not be able to return your package immediately. Moreover, you also have in your possession the tracking number of your package to contact Chronopost on your side. To date, our customer service has come back to you to find a solution of refund or return of order.

Clear site, the situation of the feet are useful. A small reproach for the manufacturing time indicated (8 to 10 days, to count in reality 18 days between the order and the delivery) but it is true that I ordered in July month of summer vacations.

Very good for the concept, good for the manufacturing, the finishing and the delivery even if a little long in my case. Not so good on the position of the holes and the length and width limit imposed by the design of the legs. I need to add a reinforcement bar.

The feet I received are impeccable, only the delivery time (5 weeks) is long. I would have liked an email after 2-3 weeks to let me know how things were going because I was starting to worry.
