The item came to me incomplete (they forgot to put the adjustable glides on). I had to send the item back to them to finish the job and reship it to me. Responsive & competent customer service, but they didn't offer me a solution to repack the package for reshipment. So all in all a rather mixed experience, even though I ended up getting a complete item...

The feet have been shipped 12 days after your order (the manufacturing time is respected). The delivery took a long time because of the carrier who is experiencing a large influx at the moment.
