Good but too expensive

Menu to review.
In the main menu you can see the architecture of the site with the different categories of products but only on hovering; every other time the menu disappears when you move a little and once you have chosen a category (like table legs for example), you don't see the sub categories anymore.

Two feet out of 4 were missing paint on the side attachment it's a shame. Otherwise fast delivery

Correct after sales service

We took the matte varnish option on the intrepid but we did not think there would be a difference in color with the grinding on the corners which is light gray and the foot dark gray. It would be better to specify it or to put a picture for the finish. It's a pity.

Bad product received. Huge box for a small shelf.

Lack of fluidity and unclear options

The transport deadlines are not respected. The tracing of the carrier is totally faulty and the information is erroneous.
The feet were delivered to me in Sartene, 7km from my home!

Correct price and delivery time. On the other hand, the finishing touches are not very good. The foot ordered to measure (140e all the same) is badly welded in an angle. Quite disappointing...

Hello, Improvement, it would be better to protect the orders in the box, because I received my table leg my protected and cardboard very damaged, I will recommend the same table leg, hoping that it will be better protected. Sincerely

Deadline not met

Second order in 2 months and second delivery problem.
The carrier does not respect the day he announces nor the time slot he proposes by sms and obviously does not warn of these hazards.

Nice idea but surprise on delivery

Clear and precise site, pleasant navigation / Good product ordered, qualitative, conforms / Delivery not respectful of the announced timing.

Overall satisfied.
Point to improve: order on 15/12 for delivery at the beginning of January, finally delivery on 18 January (package arrived damaged, luckily the material had nothing)

I ordered a standard product (not custom made) and the delivery was way too looooooonnnnngue (ordered on December 11th, received on January 25th ...)

Very good product, except for the very poor packaging, opened everywhere during transport. The deliveryman was very correct and even offered to open the box for the control of the product, there were only three screws left, and three insulating pads for the feet so two stars less, review your packaging to avoid unhappy customers. It's a shame, it deserves five stars.

Delivery announced on 16/12 then shifted every day until 22/12 then finally delivered at the beginning of January 2021

The site is well done and easy to use, but it takes longer than what is indicated on the site and there is no warning by email of the delay. It's a pity not to be notified of the follow-up of the order.

Pretty feet and quality. Nothing to say about the product on the other hand, you are promised a delivery in 24/48h, that's why I chose to order on this site but more than 15 days to receive my feet ... disappointed with the delivery time lying.

I ordered 4 identical feet height 20 cm and in the 4 I received 2 with a height of 17 cm and 2 others with a height of 18 cm, so one the height does not correspond to my order and two, the four feet are unusable on my furniture, there is a significant difference in height ... unfortunately I did not realize it right away and I bent them in gold. So I have an order of 55 euros unusable that remained on my back. The after sales service doesn't want to hear anything because they are bent but it's up to them first to check and send items that conform to the order. 1st experience and last... no professionalism! To flee...

the delivery service with DPD is pathetic. The delivery was not honored on the scheduled date and made me lose a big part of the day. This is really not a reliable delivery company. Order delivered two days later with 30 minutes late on a 4H slot!

I was disappointed (I understand that there are many orders) we try to order French as soon as we can and our order took as long or longer than a foreign country.

I was not able to order directly from the site on my own, fortunately the help was very efficient.

Improve navigability and content on product sheets

I placed an order on 3/10/20 on this site because the delivery was planned in 24-48h ... after several calls from me because no news from Ripaton I learned that there was a break on a screw, that I would be kept informed for the delivery date but that I would receive my order at a later date on 20/10! To my great surprise because still without any information from them I received my order on 23/10 (unfortunately far from 24-48h that had made us choose this site!)! However the feet are as we had imagined despite a disappointment when opening the package because on one of the feet it lacks the protective pads (hoping that the sending of those will be faster!)! We are therefore satisfied with the product but very disappointed with the management of our order.

Delivery time not respected 13 days instead of 48h, but products arrived well and well packaged, small remark on the screws delivered average quality, I preferred to use mine, I appreciated the small pads joint to put on the floor

The site was very clear: product in stock and shipped in 24/48h. However my order took a week. After 5 days, the site still indicated "in stock" while the chat indicated that they had a delay in production.

Hello, I was rather disappointed. Order tracking and delivery, nothing to complain about. The merchandise, on the other hand, was very disappointing: for the price, we expect almost perfection. One of the feet received seemed to have been scraped before the black paint was applied.
Moreover, when fixing, the shape of the screws leaves a rather disappointing finish because they cannot be pushed in far enough so the head is very visible. Visible screws and difficult to fix. Given the long wait and that it is custom made I did not see the point of bringing up the information but in the end quite disappointed even if the final rendering when you do not look at the scratches and screws underneath, it's nice because the shape of the feet and beautiful.

I think that the packaging is a little limited, I received the pieces with some small chips of varnish. Nothing really bad but the pieces were moving around a little in the box. So packaging to improve.

Very disappointed with my custom steel legs, which I had chosen with a clear varnish finish to keep the raw steel look. The 2 legs (which are anthracite steel) have several very light stains that are totally unsightly. These stains are not indicated at all in the product description (which is limited to indicating that there may be asperities, something totally acceptable and different, because no aesthetic impact). The pictures on the product page also show beautiful feet without any stains, and I complained to the customer service, which believes that these stains are totally normal and contribute to the authenticity of the product (lol).
Anyway, apart from offering me to send them back the feet (at my expense) so that they can paint them black (at my expense) and send them back to me (at my expense), nothing. I told them to complete the product description to explain the presence of these stains, since it's normal, and to add one of my pictures that shows what it looks like. But of course they won't do it, otherwise nobody would buy these feet anymore.

Announced in stock on the product page when ordering, it was in fact not. Result 20 days of delivery time!
