Positive opinion of the product. Small drawback on the packaging: the feet were not locked in the box and clashed together. Need to attach protectors to products for transport.

perfect product, but package tracking was not up to scratch. the Relais colis refused the package and we received neither email nor sms.

I had a lot of trouble assembling the product so that it was more or less straight! otherwise, a nice finish!

I was very excited about the items offered. Placed my order, paid immediately. But still haven't received anything and already delayed 3 times with different excuse each time. Not very nice.

Ingenious system of racks, but the logistics had trouble keeping up. I had to wait 15 days to receive missing parts in the parcel. Otherwise easy to assemble, even for a non-do-it-yourselfer. This is the second one I've bought.

We had a lot of problems with our order and the customer service is not up to scratch.

Paint on feet received damaged due to poor protection. Following return for repainting; perfect protection, product conforms. However, 2 of the 4 foot stamps are missing. Complaint email sent; I'm waiting to see if they'll send me any more. Marie kept me very well informed about the follow-up of the rework to ensure conformity at each stage of the work. Quality product.

OK, the stand corresponds to our request and the delivery times are on schedule. The only drawback is that I couldn't find the 5 screws (or unfortunately I threw them away with the packaging...°).

Delivery times not met

I'm putting 2 stars out of 5 for the moment because I received a damaged table leg yesterday (impacts + scratches) and I'm waiting for a reply from the after-sales service following my complaint made yesterday afternoon :) hoping that they'll take it into account quickly.

Quality products. Fast delivery. A little disappointed to see my products at -30% a week after my delivery... too bad I should have waited!

I was told it would take a week, then 15 days, then radio silence, before I finally got the news and it arrived almost three and a half weeks later. It's a shame.

Delivery on time, goods well packaged, in good condition and in accordance with my request. The only minor drawback was that 2 or 3 welds were a little visible for my taste, but this in no way detracted from the quality of the product.

We chose a French site because of the quality of the product and, above all, the quality of the service. Unfortunately, very poor communication, no information informing us of the delay in delivery. We were supposed to receive our order in 10 days and had to wait 1 month because after requesting information I was told that the materials were out of stock! What's more, when I logged on to the site a few days after placing my order, I found that the same item was on sale. Here again, no effort was made to understand or make any gesture... GLS delivery postponed 2 times.....Unfortunately, the product is in order...

I am very disappointed. The varnished steel table legs I received were scratched and unvarnished in some places, resulting in rust marks. I was unable to reach a commercial agreement with the company, which did not recognize the manufacturing defects. I finally bought a protective treatment and I'm going to sand the legs to hide the defects. At this price and coming from a French company, it's a real shame.

Order Sunday arrive Friday the 24 to 48 hours are not respected. Package conforms to description and is well packed.

I am very angry, it's been several times that I order and the feet arrive either not the same size or the color is not finished, I asked for a commercial gesture but nothing was done to me. If I don't get anything from you, I won't advertise, believe me.

Three damaged feet, paint defect and chips in several places on the visible feet, proposal from after-sales service to supply a varnish to fill in the paint. The skates were not delivered with as indicated on the site. Open the package in front of the carrier to check or make reservations. The after-sales service was not very warm and only emphasized the quality of the company and never acknowledged that there had indeed been a problem. The feet are packed in pairs and the bubble wrap didn't cover the top of the feet, so they rubbed. The paintwork seems to be very fragile, and the hairpin-style legs have two rods that don't allow you to put a tray that's too heavy or too long, especially as they lack stability. You'll need sturdier feet for a 150cm board. Ideal for small, slender consoles only.

package arrived on time, in good condition and carefully packed. I only have reservations (4*) because we haven't yet assembled it (so we'll have to see how it turns out). We were looking for a center leg for our solid cherrywood tabletop and found Ripaton! In any case, heavy, solid and designer, the quality seems to be there for this solid steel base announced to support 300kg.

Quality product, aesthetic, delivered on time. A small downside: a little tight to receive several magazines, but I recommend it without remorse.

One of the items was not in conformity when the package was unpacked. Fortunately customer service was very reactive and sent a replacement in only 2 days. Serious after-sales service

Very nice product, delivered very quickly and well packaged.

The site is perfect. I think it's fair of me to point out that the packing of the table legs should be much more careful. The cardboard wrapping was too narrow, and the package suffered many knocks during transport. The L'Idéal table-leg set is magnificent.

A few chips on the upper part....the legs should be attached for transport...the fixing screws are totally unsuitable for a table top....

Good quality metal frame, shame the wooden shelf is of poor quality & damaged.

The products are of great quality, too bad they don't come with good quality black screws to go with the feet. Thanks a lot anyway, a great experience!
