I ordered a rack, it is very good but the feet were missing in the package. The after sales service was very responsive and was able to solve the problem very quickly

Fast and efficient delivery

Very satisfied with the product, great quality. A bit of a wait as I imagine the manufacturer had a lot of demand during the containment.

The site is easy to visit. Good ergonomics. The information given is true to life.

Relatively accurate. Should better describe the complementary elements to the feet.

The site is good, the same cannot be said for the product.

Nothing to say about the rendering and the order/delivery logistics. Just one drawback, which could be more annoying: A nice scratch on the face of one of the legs. I was able to assemble this leg with the scratch on the inside, so it doesn't show, but be careful anyway!

The site is well thought out. Maybe it just lacks downloadable instructions

Big problem of delivery because of the post office (1 month!) but the staff was very reactive and helpful, even on weekends.

Mixed experience. The table stand ordered is nice and looks good. However, the delivery and after-sales service were not up to par. The package was received open and damaged (the packaging is not strong enough and closed with staples that did not hold) and the screws for fixing the leg were missing. I immediately notified the after-sales service by email and then, as I did not receive a return, by phone, expressing my time constraints. It was then proposed to me a new sending by simple letter of the screws, still not received to this day and thus out of time of installation of the foot by the cook... A better reactivity on the sending of the screws as well as a commercial gesture concerning this misadventure could have been proposed to me. It's a pity.

On the advice of a friend I tested an order, I am very satisfied with the speed, my products of a very good quality at a reasonable rate.
I have since placed a new order with my eyes closed.

Delivered despite the lockdown period and very responsive in email exchanges.

Very nice site but big problem of communication and information. Delay announced in reality in working days. Almost 1 month between the order and the delivery.

Order received quickly at my home. Everything is well packaged individually, supply of screws and foot pads.

This is my 2nd order on Ripaton. The 1st order was perfect, the 2nd order was placed during lockdown, so I will not evaluate the delay on the order which I understand - however the direct debit could have been delayed. My complaint is with the finish of the product. I ordered a custom made stand and the welds are very visible. I am disappointed with the finish of the product.

Very efficient and fast!

Error in the sending of the order. 3 weeks of exchanges by mail to finally receive the good products. Fast answer to the questions even with commitments almost never held (sending promised the 03/05, then the 06/05, then the 09/05, parcel finally sent the 16/05).

Good quality of manufacture but after sales service is not listening to the customers.

Very good except that for the delivery they do not specify the time it will take ... I was only told that some products could take longer but without specifying if this was the case for my order

This is the only site I found to order a custom made table leg over 70 cm high. Very satisfied with the quality of the products, the quality of the packaging and the delivery.

Very qualitative product, it missed some parts, forgotten during the preparation but the customer service remedied it as soon as possible.

Each foot has markings on both sides that can be seen from a distance.

Delay in delivery due to the loss of feet between the manufacturing workshop and the paint shop (reason for the 3 stars) but I appreciated being kept informed of the incident so for responsiveness I would put 5 stars if we could rate this aspect.

Bravo and thank you Ripaton... clean packaging, it's important for black lacquered steel products !!!!
