Indeed the metal can be very industrial in some places, but it's not just one small defect on 40 cm... Delivery in time and dimensions of the custom made well respected.

The site was very clear: product in stock and shipped in 24/48h. However my order took a week. After 5 days, the site still indicated "in stock" while the chat indicated that they had a delay in production.

Very good package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, just a detail I think the screws should be provided with the table legs. I recommend this site without problem.

I think that the packaging is a little limited, I received the pieces with some small chips of varnish. Nothing really bad but the pieces were moving around a little in the box. So packaging to improve.

Very disappointed with my custom steel legs, which I had chosen with a clear varnish finish to keep the raw steel look. The 2 legs (which are anthracite steel) have several very light stains that are totally unsightly. These stains are not indicated at all in the product description (which is limited to indicating that there may be asperities, something totally acceptable and different, because no aesthetic impact). The pictures on the product page also show beautiful feet without any stains, and I complained to the customer service, which believes that these stains are totally normal and contribute to the authenticity of the product (lol).
Anyway, apart from offering me to send them back the feet (at my expense) so that they can paint them black (at my expense) and send them back to me (at my expense), nothing. I told them to complete the product description to explain the presence of these stains, since it's normal, and to add one of my pictures that shows what it looks like. But of course they won't do it, otherwise nobody would buy these feet anymore.

Very good site and well done, package nickel and well packed.

The sequence of an order is not very intuitive, between the choice of addresses, the shipping method and the payment which are done in a curious order

Ripaton responds quickly to emails and delivery times are ok. We may have to check with the carrier to see if they can't deliver a little faster. It took a week although it arrived quickly at the final warehouse.

Announced in stock on the product page when ordering, it was in fact not. Result 20 days of delivery time!

Good, but a bit long to prepare.

The feet are very nice, but all the feet ordered are not exactly the same size (a few millimeters) which make the difference in the end. Overall satisfied despite this defect.

Very good products Reserve: useless to give the possibility of making comments on the merchant site if you do not take into account it ...

The feet are well made, but the site indicated the feet in stock, they took more than a week to come, without warning of the delay!

I was disappointed by the quality of the finished product which has very pronounced irregularities, much more visible than on the photos of the site, no commercial gesture from the site. In short I do not recommend

Nice realization, solid and harmonious. Small remark : 2 small chips on the paint of the foot. You can't see them because they are next to the fixing holes of the tray but it's a pity

Fast delivery, within the time limit, well packaged product.

There is no other word to describe the level of dirtiness of this product and moreover they find it quite normal

Delivery service too slow. Also, the package was completely torn, so not protected enough.

Some concerns with the delivery: delivery time longer than expected and impossibility to contact the delivery man when he announced his arrival (reception of the package by a neighbor). The package was heavy and difficult to handle without handles or straps, too bad...

The customer service is not at the RV

The item came to me incomplete (they forgot to put the adjustable glides on). I had to send the item back to them to finish the job and reship it to me. Responsive & competent customer service, but they didn't offer me a solution to repack the package for reshipment. So all in all a rather mixed experience, even though I ended up getting a complete item...

the product corresponds to the orders, just a small reservation as for the feet which are used to regulate the height, a little showy for my taste, I would have preferred that it is the color of the foot, in my case white

Nice products, clear site, fast delivery. I would have liked clearer advice on my question about which screws to use based on the thickness of the boards I use.
