Big problem of delivery because of the post office (1 month!) but the staff was very reactive and helpful, even on weekends.

Mixed experience. The table stand ordered is nice and looks good. However, the delivery and after-sales service were not up to par. The package was received open and damaged (the packaging is not strong enough and closed with staples that did not hold) and the screws for fixing the leg were missing. I immediately notified the after-sales service by email and then, as I did not receive a return, by phone, expressing my time constraints. It was then proposed to me a new sending by simple letter of the screws, still not received to this day and thus out of time of installation of the foot by the cook... A better reactivity on the sending of the screws as well as a commercial gesture concerning this misadventure could have been proposed to me. It's a pity.

Received yesterday with delay because of the covid but warned by the carrier. The delivery is without contact. The carrier sends you a code by sms and you give it to the driver at the delivery, replaces the signature. It's great!
