Very good quality of manufacturing and timely delivery. Custom dimensions respected, but I would have liked to see the appearance of the adjustable foot before purchase. In fact, it leaves the foot a bit 'floating' above the ground and that's visually disappointing.

The bathroom shelves seem to be good products, we haven't installed them yet so we'll see the fixing system. The green metal color is rather gray but I am satisfied.

The product is modest, compliant, and well protected. Alert email on the product reception delay is welcome. 4 extra screws (unnecessary, they are expensive) the assembly instructions are not explicit enough about the orientation to give to the central piece. The only real flaw: connecting to Dropbox requires accepting a 30-day free trial but with a tacit subscription with credit card registration. So the first contact with Ripaton is to struggle to cancel this subscription. Not cool and really unfortunate.

After opening the package, of course after the delivery person's departure, I noticed that all the screws were missing. I do not recommend this site and will not order again.

Easy ordering on the site, and fast delivery without any problems, the product was very well packaged. The stand is very elegant, quite slim, and the price is right. I'm not giving the maximum mark because the mikado (cross) foot assembly is tricky: there's no margin, the edges are sharp, and I scratched the paint when I forced it. This needs to be improved, and it would be perfect.

I had placed an alert for a product that was no longer in stock. I was informed as soon as it became available and delivery times were respected. The only drawback was the quality of the black frame supporting the shelf, which had weld burrs.

First of all, don't be in a hurry to receive your feet, the delivery time is not respected! But there's always an excuse... (lots of orders, carrier ....) Then there's the work itself! The finish isn't there, and you dare to say it's normal! Take a look at your competitors' work and learn from them... I should have ordered from my usual supplier, but ripaton had a good offer, so I gave it a try... And we'll leave it at that !!!!! No compensation whatsoever
