I am very disappointed. The varnished steel table legs I received were scratched and unvarnished in some places, resulting in rust marks. I was unable to reach a commercial agreement with the company, which did not recognize the manufacturing defects. I finally bought a protective treatment and I'm going to sand the legs to hide the defects. At this price and coming from a French company, it's a real shame.

bad experience!!! Product ordered on 02/01/2024 and still not received today, 27/01/2024. Product shown as being in stock on the website and delivered within 48 hours, but in the end there was no stock, so it had to be made in the workshop. More than 15 days of production before being passed on to a carrier who has had the parcel for 10 days. Contact with Ripaton's after-sales service was sterile, with only messages saying "sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you're satisfied all the same"! No solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience! Definitely not to be recommended !!!!! 👎🏻
