I ordered custom electric blue table legs: they are really very beautiful, I am very happy! Mini downside on the announced delivery time: the site, before ordering, specified a "delivery" within 2 weeks, in reality this is the manufacturing time, so I was delivered a little later (about 3 weeks), but it ultimately did not impact the ongoing project. In terms of communication, I really find the company great: - I had requested more information by email about the delivery date after 2 weeks and I received a precise and very quick response. - I had indicated that it was not great, for customer information, to state "delivery within 15 days" and I see that it is now specified on the site "manufacturing within 15 days". It is appreciated to see that small feedback (even if I am aware that they can be seen as unnecessary) is taken into consideration and I am really very satisfied with my experience with RIPATON.

The waiting time between the order and the availability was very short, barely 10 days. The customer service is top-notch. I had a very bad experience with the site "La Fabrique des pieds". And once the site was open, I navigated with great pleasure. The site is clear, sober, very complete, please do not change this guiding principle that perfectly matches the design of your creations!
