Ordered two black lacquered X-legs. They collided in the packing box and therefore had rubbing marks on the lacquer. Too bad they weren't better protected when shipped...

Mounting plate was bent!

I was very excited about the items offered. Placed my order, paid immediately. But still haven't received anything and already delayed 3 times with different excuse each time. Not very nice.

I'm putting 2 stars out of 5 for the moment because I received a damaged table leg yesterday (impacts + scratches) and I'm waiting for a reply from the after-sales service following my complaint made yesterday afternoon :) hoping that they'll take it into account quickly.

We chose a French site because of the quality of the product and, above all, the quality of the service. Unfortunately, very poor communication, no information informing us of the delay in delivery. We were supposed to receive our order in 10 days and had to wait 1 month because after requesting information I was told that the materials were out of stock! What's more, when I logged on to the site a few days after placing my order, I found that the same item was on sale. Here again, no effort was made to understand or make any gesture... GLS delivery postponed 2 times.....Unfortunately, the product is in order...

Three damaged feet, paint defect and chips in several places on the visible feet, proposal from after-sales service to supply a varnish to fill in the paint. The skates were not delivered with as indicated on the site. Open the package in front of the carrier to check or make reservations. The after-sales service was not very warm and only emphasized the quality of the company and never acknowledged that there had indeed been a problem. The feet are packed in pairs and the bubble wrap didn't cover the top of the feet, so they rubbed. The paintwork seems to be very fragile, and the hairpin-style legs have two rods that don't allow you to put a tray that's too heavy or too long, especially as they lack stability. You'll need sturdier feet for a 150cm board. Ideal for small, slender consoles only.

Feet received damaged in box. The customer service proposal is only half satisfactory.

Parcel dispatched quickly but arrived incomplete and the instructions are not up to date. A bit disappointed.

The paint peeled off as soon as the feet were removed from the box. The pair delivered is heterogeneous: 4 fixing holes on one leg, 6 on the other (?).

The quality of the foot received is not up to the price paid 😓. Customer service on the other hand great.

Shipping problem, followed by a very very slow delivery. I ordered on the recommendation of a friend who worked there, but unfortunately I won't be able to recommend it myself...

The crosses are good, but the mounting plates are random.

Deadline not met at all Order placed on April 29 Delivery normally scheduled between May 12 and 15 Receipt of product on June 2... The finish of the product leaves much to be desired, with welding and paint missing at one junction.

Always errors, the dimensions ordered are never good, it's really a pity, last order received the 2 legs were not the same height so difficult to fit a console 🥵🥵

Product (Le Costaud) announced available with 24/48h shipping. Received 3 weeks later. No communication, obliged to contact the support several times with minimalist answers. Average quality of the legs (rough welds, not symmetrical) This is my last order.

The rack we ordered does not keep its promises, it bends under the weight of the evening dresses.

The foot arrived with 3 hits with chipped paint and one side where the paint didn't go on well, not smooth with drips.

Good but too expensive

We took the matte varnish option on the intrepid but we did not think there would be a difference in color with the grinding on the corners which is light gray and the foot dark gray. It would be better to specify it or to put a picture for the finish. It's a pity.

Bad product received. Huge box for a small shelf.

Delivery announced on 16/12 then shifted every day until 22/12 then finally delivered at the beginning of January 2021

I can't give an opinion as I still haven't received my package

I was disappointed (I understand that there are many orders) we try to order French as soon as we can and our order took as long or longer than a foreign country.

I placed an order on 3/10/20 on this site because the delivery was planned in 24-48h ... after several calls from me because no news from Ripaton I learned that there was a break on a screw, that I would be kept informed for the delivery date but that I would receive my order at a later date on 20/10! To my great surprise because still without any information from them I received my order on 23/10 (unfortunately far from 24-48h that had made us choose this site!)! However the feet are as we had imagined despite a disappointment when opening the package because on one of the feet it lacks the protective pads (hoping that the sending of those will be faster!)! We are therefore satisfied with the product but very disappointed with the management of our order.

Hello, I was rather disappointed. Order tracking and delivery, nothing to complain about. The merchandise, on the other hand, was very disappointing: for the price, we expect almost perfection. One of the feet received seemed to have been scraped before the black paint was applied.
Moreover, when fixing, the shape of the screws leaves a rather disappointing finish because they cannot be pushed in far enough so the head is very visible. Visible screws and difficult to fix. Given the long wait and that it is custom made I did not see the point of bringing up the information but in the end quite disappointed even if the final rendering when you do not look at the scratches and screws underneath, it's nice because the shape of the feet and beautiful.

A problem in the selection of the volume of product ordered. Indeed when I select two units to put in my cart when I am on the product sheet, it does not save the info in the cart nor does it update the amount that it represents on the product sheet. In the end, not having paid attention to this, I thought I ordered two feet for 160€ when I discovered only one in the box to my great surprise. So I would say that I was wrong because the site does not seem to be optimized enough to avoid this kind of mistake... what is the point of putting an option to select a number of units if this option is not connected to the shopping cart...

average quality, no resistance, very late reception

No information during the vacations for the Christmas period while it was indicated delivery product under 48h. I had to wait 12 days to get my items.

Package badly packed / reception of the package all ripped off and many scratches on the feet ... not cool But I had no choice but to accept because the construction site had to be finished ...

leg conforms to the order but the drilling was done on the wrong side (order for a high table leg) obligation to return a product in its original packaging that does not allow it.

15 days to receive my order, no apology email for the delay. On the rack is indicated a piece allowing to put a handbag, but I did not receive this piece but a rounded piece which does not allow to put a bag. 2nd order at Ripaton particularly disappointed!

The package was damaged and one of the white foot pedestals was bent.

product not delivered to the right address, the deliveryman forces us to move to pick up our goods at more than 30KM from the planned location?

Perfect product, but the service leaves something to be desired! Error on the shipping costs + huge delay in delivery and when you try to contact them they don't even answer you ...

Nice packaging but half of the order was missing (the screws). Blocked without table until I sent it back... Requested for 2 days, not yet sent. Sorry :/
