Excellent quality of manufacture. Small downside on the delivery, package arrived completely exploded

The site itself is perfect but I had to call the customer service to know why 8 days after the validation of my order I had no news...

Satisfied, delivery a little long but answer with the cat fast and serious, so that gene less to wait a little.

This is the only site I found to order a custom made table leg over 70 cm high. Very satisfied with the quality of the products, the quality of the packaging and the delivery.

Very qualitative product, it missed some parts, forgotten during the preparation but the customer service remedied it as soon as possible.

Delay in delivery due to the loss of feet between the manufacturing workshop and the paint shop (reason for the 3 stars) but I appreciated being kept informed of the incident so for responsiveness I would put 5 stars if we could rate this aspect.

The corners of 3 by 4 feet were damaged, the package having been ripped open.

Delivery: the invoice not having been provided for the passage to the Swiss customs we had to pay a tax and the second parcel still did not arrive. We had to send the invoice to the customs to unblock the sending of the second package. The departure of my order took two months. Even if a delay was announced at the time of the order, a production delay and a painting problem made that the product arrived only very late.
The customer service is always very pleasant and responsive. Nevertheless, when I asked for the dimensions of the attached screws for the shelf, the person only gave me their length without the diameter. This second information is essential to find the right dowel when we do not have a caliper. Otherwise it would be nice to give the size of the screws on the website in the details of the shelf directly. The shelf is really beautiful, congratulations to the designer.

The delivery is marked "free". But in fact the delivery is free if you pick it up at home? which is not correct and not honest. Free pick up or home delivery. Otherwise, the rest is really good.

Good quality products but it is a pity that I received it a little damaged at the level of the paint and a slight dent on one of the feet.

Hello, I could have made the full of stars because the website is top, illustration order entry etc.. customer service is very responsive! We feel the young and dynamic spirit! The deadlines are respected and the follow-up via DPD is perfect and optimal.
My downside is at the level of packaging corners and angles are protected but not enough! Black plastic film seems light for metal legs ... I received my packages but the feet are already scratched ... certainly occurred during the routing ... I did not make reservations it remains light and I was anxious to receive them and finally install my table. It could have been worse. Beyond that nothing to complain about!

The screws to fix the feet were missing. The holes on the feet were different on the 2 feet.

The products, wall support and table stand are perfect to make an original bar on a solarium. The only downside is that there is no drilling for the screws on the wall plate and no template for the fixings...I used up my ruler! Otherwise thank you RIPATON lariem

The site is well done, clear and organized. However, the dimensions of the holes in the "stuntman" legs that I ordered are different between the data sheet and reality (it's a standard size so it was fine).
