The order was ready quickly.
Only small drawback, we chose the collection at the workshop because we live in Montpellier, and the schedules to recover the order are a little restricted when we also work.

The products arrived well and of good quality. A HUGE downside on the delivery provider (Chronopost) who offers relay points not available and instead of dropping the package at the nearest relay point (about 500m according to their site) drops it at 5km ...

I am happy because the person I got on the phone at Ripaton made sure that I received my order quickly. However, I was a little disappointed because the 4 legs had a small area without paint, a little like a small stain that shows the metal underneath ... but fortunately it is not visible because it is underneath. I still like the product :)

Great supplier! As already said by mail, some feet were sticky and, (I'll know for the next time) it would be nice to send us the documents that you attach for the customs (Swiss) because they asked me for the invoice. So I could not cheat to reduce the costs... Thanks, best regards Malyka

I will have to consider noting on the shipping form that the shipping is prepaid at the time of order... it avoids UPC or DHL to charge the shipping from the border to the home... thank you for taking note. it is very likely that I would order again one of your products which are very good.
