Hello, the legs are drilled on the height as indicated on the technical plan, the photos and the 3D plan. The majority of customers (99% of customers) mount the legs underneath, the drillings would not be aesthetic. You bought raw legs without treatment, the steel is naturally sensitive to moisture and rusts with time. Other finishes are possible to avoid this (matte varnish). The legs exude quality and are solid. That said, one of the bases is a bit bent, which prevented me from screwing one of the screws properly. Nothing serious, but at 90€ a foot, it's a bit regrettable. Some problems with the delivery (DPD).
