Not at all satisfied. Here is why: ordered on 21/07, sent on 31/07 in "Express" delivery, quite expensive by the way, but not received! Until then, no responsibility from Ripaton... But then it's a demonstration of incompetence: only one answer, after a reminder (!), to my complaint promising an answer within 24h. Since then, 24 hours have passed, but total silence in spite of my numerous reminders; where is the parcel? what do they intend to do? No answer. And this is probably where the problem lies: this company has no resources available to deal with the slightest transport problem or even to devote to a minimal communication with its customers in trouble. So this company should be avoided.
I ordered white feet, I received grey feet. I ordered screws, I didn't receive any. Three weeks after I reported the problem, I was promised white feet but I still have nothing. The feet are expensive and I expected an exceptional quality of service. Very disappointed.
We understand your dissatisfaction and are doing our best to repair our mistake. Unfortunately, without having the assurance of recovering the feet we cannot resend a package.
It seems that we have misunderstood each other on this point, please excuse us.
