After opening the package, of course after the delivery person's departure, I noticed that all the screws were missing. I do not recommend this site and will not order again.
I am sorry that the screws were forgotten, they are often slipped in with the kraft envelope that accompanies the package. A simple call or email to customer service and we could have sent them to you 😉
We hope you were able to find some screws at home to proceed with the assembly of your base.

First of all, don't be in a hurry to receive your feet, the delivery time is not respected! But there's always an excuse... (lots of orders, carrier ....) Then there's the work itself! The finish isn't there, and you dare to say it's normal! Take a look at your competitors' work and learn from them... I should have ordered from my usual supplier, but ripaton had a good offer, so I gave it a try... And we'll leave it at that !!!!! No compensation whatsoever
Deplorable packaging, mediocre quality and zero feedback from customer service. I'm not going to recommend you!
Unfortunately I have not received the goods, I am still waiting ... when I receive the product I can rate it.
We had a lot of problems with our order and the customer service is not up to scratch.
Delivery times not met
I was told it would take a week, then 15 days, then radio silence, before I finally got the news and it arrived almost three and a half weeks later. It's a shame.
With the bank holidays and long weekends in May, our production times have been slightly impacted.

I am very disappointed. The varnished steel table legs I received were scratched and unvarnished in some places, resulting in rust marks. I was unable to reach a commercial agreement with the company, which did not recognize the manufacturing defects. I finally bought a protective treatment and I'm going to sand the legs to hide the defects. At this price and coming from a French company, it's a real shame.
I am very angry, it's been several times that I order and the feet arrive either not the same size or the color is not finished, I asked for a commercial gesture but nothing was done to me. If I don't get anything from you, I won't advertise, believe me.
Bad experience!!! Product ordered on 02/01/2024 and still not received today, 27/01/2024. Product shown as being in stock on the website and delivered within 48 hours, but in the end there was no stock, so it had to be made in the workshop. More than 15 days of production before being passed on to a carrier who has had the parcel for 10 days. Contact with Ripaton's after-sales service was sterile, with only messages saying "sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you're satisfied all the same"! No solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience! Definitely not to be recommended !!!!! 👎🏻
The products were not in stock at the time of your order. Availability varies depending on the finish.
The parcel was given to the carrier on the date communicated by customer service.
There was then a delay in delivery due to road blockages and a carrier delay.

Very disappointed, I received the table legs damaged by transport..and the commercial gesture of ripaton 20€ on an order of 200€!!!! I will not recommend this site again.
I'm sorry you received a damaged base. As indicated, it should have been refused. We also offered you a return on a commercial basis, which you refused.
For your information, you didn't pay for delivery to Corsica either.

A component is missing from the assembly! I'm waiting for the after-sales service to get back to me.
We have a problem with the stability of the two closets ordered. In both cases, it's a tightening problem at the level of the screw threads of the trunk and female parts that form the leg. Impossible to achieve complete interlocking due to the quality of the screw threads, which does not allow for good stability of the racks.
I am very over the quality of my order ... my table leg was delivered raw without paint finish with bits of metal inside the welds visible ... not professional at all compared to my first delivery ... I'm sorry but I will not you good PUB ...!!!!

Passable product but misleading site because: 1/ delivery times are not respected > when you call, you are told that the days announced are not working days but actually working days! lol 2/ in the description, you are told that screws and protective pads are included in the price > in the end, no protective pads are sent and the answer is "there is no visual showing protective pads" uhhh yes but it's written in black and white in the product description...
It took ages before I received my package... even AliExpress is shipping faster these days.
Shame. I never received my parcel, I sent an email to find out where my order was, I never got a reply. When I call, customer service is always unavailable. I can't recommend them.
You sent us an email on 09/10 with a response from us within 10 minutes. The first shipment had been lost, so we've done everything we can to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

The item received is missing a weld. I was offered to send the stand back to the workshop (10 days). Communication with the after-sales service was long and unpleasant. I do not recommend this site.
The courier dropped the parcel off on my doorstep while I was on vacation, without warning me!
I still have not received anything ..... order placed on 25/05/2023... shipped on 07/06/2023, following an error by the deliveryman I have not received anything and the company said they would do their best to return my order, we are on 22/06/2023 and still nothing .... but I receive requests for advice and ads every week so this is not an opinion ... well for now
Very very dissatisfied with our purchase. We have even left 1 1st foot (with varnish run and consequent marks during our 1st purchase and at the delivery new consequent mark on the foot... the person in charge of the company denies the bad services and proposes me ridiculous indemnity.... We will never forget .... G F
My inclined base plates are not adapted to my small table: the ripaton soap does not offer any help or adjustment to solve this design problem... which they are the origin!

I am extremely disappointed, I ordered 2 table legs that were delivered in two weeks, while it provides a delivery of 24 to 48 hours, the providers of ripaton in this case TNT GLS The company decides to change provider to deliver us, but do not even keep us informed
I did not receive the adjustable feet on one of the products, they were supposed to send me pads to compensate, never received. I was to be reimbursed for the difference between the varnished and matte product and the adjustable feet, nothing received!
Company very difficult to contact. Order out of time. Quality of the material not up to standard and poor welding. Very very disappointing. Never order again
I ordered 4 identical feet height 20 cm and in the 4 I received 2 with a height of 17 cm and 2 others with a height of 18 cm, so one the height does not correspond to my order and two, the four feet are unusable on my furniture, there is a significant difference in height ... unfortunately I did not realize it right away and I bent them in gold. So I have an order of 55 euros unusable that remained on my back. The after sales service doesn't want to hear anything because they are bent but it's up to them first to check and send items that conform to the order. 1st experience and last... no professionalism! To flee...
Very disappointed with my custom steel legs, which I had chosen with a clear varnish finish to keep the raw steel look. The 2 legs (which are anthracite steel) have several very light stains that are totally unsightly. These stains are not indicated at all in the product description (which is limited to indicating that there may be asperities, something totally acceptable and different, because no aesthetic impact). The pictures on the product page also show beautiful feet without any stains, and I complained to the customer service, which believes that these stains are totally normal and contribute to the authenticity of the product (lol). Anyway, apart from offering me to send them back the feet (at my expense) so that they can paint them black (at my expense) and send them back to me (at my expense), nothing. I told them to complete the product description to explain the presence of these stains, since it's normal, and to add one of my pictures that shows what it looks like. But of course they won't do it, otherwise nobody would buy these feet anymore.
I was disappointed by the quality of the finished product which has very pronounced irregularities, much more visible than on the photos of the site, no commercial gesture from the site. In short I do not recommend
There is no other word to describe the level of dirtiness of this product and moreover they find it quite normal

On the advice of a friend I tested an order, I am very satisfied with the speed, my products of a very good quality at a reasonable rate. I have since placed a new order with my eyes closed.

Up to now I have been very happy with your products, but I am very disappointed with the last product I ordered which has many defects. I would have liked to exchange it but I just returned from vacation and it seems that it is too late because I can't find the procedure on the site.
The delivery took much longer than expected, I had no information. I had to come back to the service to know the delays. For all this a refund of 8€ of the delivery costs, without any justification to provide to my accountant! 8€ is far below the estimated damage to the quality of my relationship with my customers. The service is bad.
