Package badly packed / reception of the package all ripped off and many scratches on the feet ... not cool But I had no choice but to accept because the construction site had to be finished ...

Order very well managed but transport and delivery lamentable. Packaging torn, reserve issued upon receipt. Fortunately, the product was well packaged by you, because the carrier did not respect it!

Leg conforms to the order but the drilling was done on the wrong side (order for a high table leg) obligation to return a product in its original packaging that does not allow it.

Sells beautiful quality objects. The drawbacks are that it takes ten days between the order and the delivery and that despite their reactivity, the precision of the answers ("that seems possible to me") and their accuracies (the wall supports support 30kg on the site, only 20kg by mail...) leave something to be desired.

15 days to receive my order, no apology email for the delay. On the rack is indicated a piece allowing to put a handbag, but I did not receive this piece but a rounded piece which does not allow to put a bag. 2nd order at Ripaton particularly disappointed!

Delivery problem

In view of the various comments on insta and other I expected a more qualitative packaging: product wrapped in bubble wrap only and nothing else. (no letter of thanks or other ...) screws at the bottom of the box ... But I am more than satisfied with the product. I would definitely come back for another order. So THANK YOU.

Correct but the offer in height of feet is thin and very standardized, so we will use only temporarily the feet bought in 90 cm, too high for the basin of bathroom that we wanted to put, the 70 would have been too low ... lacks a height of 80 for the creative! A marketing niche to be exploited since it is not available...

The package was damaged and one of the white foot pedestals was bent.

The delivery was late, the screws were unfortunately missing and after 2 calls I'm crossing my fingers to receive them tomorrow! The quality of the feet is however top! I hope that for my next order I will not encounter all these problems

Delivery times announced exceeded.

1st order: in fact, very satisfied with the product and the customer service but there was a problem with the delivery so I received my order 1 week late. Despite this setback, I will order again and I will recommend Ripaton to my network.

I am a little disappointed with the finish and especially the base of the foot which is sanded on a rather large surface. I think it's for the anti-slip action ??? For the varnish, I also have the impression that there is none on the whole surface. For the solidity, it is perfect.

Perfect product, but the service leaves something to be desired! Error on the shipping costs + huge delay in delivery and when you try to contact them they don't even answer you ...

Nice packaging but half of the order was missing (the screws). Blocked without table until I sent it back... Requested for 2 days, not yet sent. Sorry :/

Good products but delivery time too long

The products arrived well and of good quality. A HUGE downside on the delivery provider (Chronopost) who offers relay points not available and instead of dropping the package at the nearest relay point (about 500m according to their site) drops it at 5km ...

Hello, Very good materials, disappointed about the delivery, I was promised a delivery date that was not respected. I will not remain on this disappointment.
