Very Satisfied

Short shipping times, no problem on that side, less good on sizes and disappointing on returns which are entirely at our expense when it would be so simple to return using the same procedure as the relay as it is done everywhere because it is very costly for the customer.

I would prefer there to be more information regarding the materials of the products

I would have liked to have facilities to return the size of the boot that did not suit me. At 10€ per package by post, I will ultimately keep the boot, regretfully, and try to resell it.

Shoes that fit differently from one model to another.... Too short or too big at the same size.

I find this pair of ankle boots less comfortable than I hoped. I thought I could slip them on easily but you still have to adjust via the back strap. The size 39 that I usually take with ROUCHETTE seems a bit too small this time. I kept the item to avoid any formalities, for convenience.

The ankle boots are very beautiful and flexible but not very comfortable to wear, really too tight

The first ankle boots I bought were too fragile for gardening. So, I bought the reinforced model, which is less comfortable because you can't wear them for more than an hour (tingling in both feet). The size is the same as the first ones, I don't understand.

Clogs of a nice color but not very comfortable and not ergonomic (wide and do not fit the shape of the foot). I had a similar pair (same brand and same color) that was given to me about a year ago and they were great.

I ordered my usual size, the boots were too big. I returned them at my own expense (16 euros nonetheless).... The pair returned in my size did not contain the insoles that should have been included according to the description...

Shoes a bit stiff

Especially with shoes, it is difficult to estimate the size. It's a shame that the return has to be at your expense. However, I ordered other shoes. Thank you.

Very good marketing description but very bad product

I ordered my pair of shoes by referring to the size guide on the website. In the end, the shoes were too big. The shipping costs for the order were already high (5€), but I had to pay 10€ to return the pair that was too big. I didn't dare to try another order since the previous one had already cost me 15€ for nothing. If you could find contracts with delivery providers, it would surely be better.

Irregular fitting

There's no way I'm going to get another size like that in exchange.

I am very happy as usual with the quality of the product, but I did not like the fact that in the event of a wrong size, the cost of returning the item would be borne entirely by the customer.

The open clogs, admittedly bought on sale, have a shape ill-suited to slipping on, the material is not very malleable and has taken a bad shape in the packaging box. Not usual for the brand's products.

Shipping costs too high. Return procedure not up to current standards.

Fast delivery. The clogs are relatively expensive, in the high range compared to other brands. But with my criteria (clogs that you can put on without your hands, but that are still slightly raised so that mud doesn't get into your heels, and with cleated soles) the choice is really limited. In use, they're not so great: a sole on the inside that I removed the first time I used them (frankly, this sole is a joke, what's it good for?), the inside doesn't slip at all when you put the clogs on, which is a pain when you've got your hands full and you want to get things done quickly, and the sole material slips on the flagstones in my garden, bordering on dangerous. It remains to be seen whether they'll last or tear.

I took a size one point larger than my usual size and the boot is indeed bigger than my foot. Despite this, I'm having a lot of trouble putting it on, as the instep opening is too tight.

I hope the last boots I bought will be more resistant than the ones I bought 1 year ago, which cracked quickly.

Very good quality products

I ordered two pairs of garden clogs in different sizes, for different people, and received both pairs in a single box with, of course, only one product information leaflet. Gifts planned for Christmas, hence my embarrassment. Complaint unanswered.

The sizes don't match i had to send back for an exchange at my expense and no contact with the site

Too bad that exchanges for a pair of clogs that are too small are not covered. The exchange cost me 11€.

I ordered 2 pairs in size 40. One pair fits perfectly, while the other pair is more like a size 39 displayed 40. As a result, I had to give them to someone as I had exceeded the return date...

Very disappointed to have bought a product made in China...

I decided not to order several items at once (I wanted 6), as the shipping costs add up! So it's not at all interesting to order according to your desires or promotions; the site is designed to order only 'the' pair you need... a pity, especially as the offer is large, and the products not available at the local retailer...

The information on the website concerning the item is misleading. In essence:"the clogs are large and we advise you to take the size below your usual size" which led me to choose the wrong size. The problem was that I had to pay for the return shipping costs for the exchange, which significantly increased the price of the clogs! Of course, I complained about this inconsistency and all I was offered was a refund of the shipping costs on a future purchase! I'm really not satisfied. There will be no next purchase.

The boots are well made and the delivery was fast, but they are slightly too small and not wide enough at the top for the pants to fit easily, despite the fact that I took a size 43 for my size 42.5.
