Some received products meet my expectations, the t-shirts, while the shorts and the joggers are slightly tight. In fact, compared to my previous purchases, the sizes seemed large, even beyond the sizes presented by the competition, but that was not the case. I am still satisfied with my purchase.

I have to say I’m a fan of the white and khaki Ruckfield sneakers (I’ve bought them three times already) and really wanted to try the white and navy blue ones, but my size (41) wasn't available, so I decided to buy them for my brother instead... After just one hour of wear, the red section at the back—where it touched the white parts or laces of the other shoe (like when crossing one's feet)—left red stains all over everything. In other words, after an hour, the sneakers were completely stained red. I don't know what to do, but I'm very upset about this situation. How can we resolve this?

Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Hello Renaud,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your loyalty, we sincerely appreciate it. We are delighted that you were satisfied with the speed of delivery.
Regarding the price variations, we completely understand your remark. These are related to the sales period, during which discounts evolve with the different markdowns (first, second, and then last markdown). It is therefore possible that some items see their price drop after an order placed at the beginning of the period.
We thank you for your understanding and hope to have the pleasure of satisfying you again very soon.
