difficulty in having a contact on the phone. I had to wait 15 to 18 minutes each time, however excellent phone reception and service. The lady was very friendly and efficient. I subscribed to the newsletter but I never received the code. Although I wanted to recommend a non-promotional item.

Hello Laurence,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We apologize for the wait time you encountered on the phone. Our after-sales service consists of only two people, and it is possible that you called at a time when we were both already on the line with other customers. We always do our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.
We also thank you for your compliments regarding the phone reception and the quality of service. They are very much appreciated.
Regarding the welcome code related to your newsletter subscription, have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the email ends up there. If you still haven't received it, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service; we will be happy to assist you.
