The indicated sizes change between a polo, a t-shirt, and a sweater. One has to juggle between size guides that do not reflect the truth. Result: sweater too big, return at 9.59 by post. Really very expensive for an item

Response from Ruckfield
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry that the size information did not allow you to easily find the right size for each of your items and that the received sweater did not suit you.
We also take note of your comment regarding the return cost. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our size guides as well as our customers' shopping experience.

Hello Sir,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your compliment on our product.
We understand your comment regarding the restocking. Larger sizes are unfortunately in high demand and sell out very quickly. Furthermore, older collections are generally not restocked.
We hope to continue to satisfy you during your future visits.
